HORRIBLE customer service and business! My mom had ordered a necklace for me for Mother’s Day and they started demanding pictures of private information. We canceled the order and won’t be going through them again! If family can’t buy gifts for others without the need of additional personal information they shouldn’t be running a business… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered my daughters birthday necklace as a gift to her they sent to wrong address they were hard to contact to let them know when the gift reached the postal for hold to go back I picked it up at the postal where I had to track it's where about then I noticed it's cheap quality and only the pendant which I put 18 inch necklace option it was nothing like the picture I was extremely disappointed

Absolutely unhelpful. USPS was robbed, I spent a lot of money on an item and the company is not helping with a refund or a resend of the item. They got their money and that’s all that matters. My USPS gave a memo for me to give them so they could have direct contact with the postmaster regarding the incident. Extremely disappointed that I’m out a large sum of money from no fault of my own. But factory direct gets their money and USPS gets their money. But the customer gets nothing but $130 to lose. They clearly don’t insure their merchandise or else they would have helped out.

Was purchased this 10K size 14.5 rose gold wedding band by my fiance the other day. It came relatively quickly considering I'm on the opposite coast. It was advertised as weighing 3.20g when it in fact weighed 3.941g. I assume this is due to my fat finger requiring such a large size. We definitely got our money's worth. The ring looks great, the price was great and I will definitely look to Factory direct jewelers for future purchases!

I purchased the large Lords Prayer pendant 14k (11.40g). Arrived on time but when I weighed it, it was 10g. Customer service response regarding the weight difference “our jewelry weight is an estimated weight” which is not noted anywhere on their site. RETURNED.

Found a beautiful necklace for my godson's baptism. Had to pay the extra shipping so it would arrive on time and it arrived sooner than I expected! The customer service was very sweet and accomodating when I asked questions. A beautiful piece and I will be buying from here again in the future. Thank you again! :]

Very nice people, they have a solid website that tells you gram weight and everything. The only problem is that they go by inches on products and not millimeters (mm) . I bought the Mayan Aztec pendant back in April and it was something like 2 weeks after the refund deadline and they still accepted it! Not many jewelry stores do that.

I bought some jewlery from here and never recieved my package says delivered but didnt get it. Might have got deliver some where else. They refuse to work with me and give me my money back. And really rude. Eventually i disputed the transaction and got my money back. They have really bad customer service and they wont give you yohr money back if you dont recieved an order !!!
