F45 in Studio City brings a challenging, yet invigorating workout every time! I've started taking classes here for only about a week now, yet I've already noticed improvements in my stamina, strength, and overall fitness. Each instructor at this facility has been nothing but kind and supportive, and take the time to really show how to properly get your form right with each exercise. I'm excited to continue my journey with F45!

I love F45! The workouts are very challenging and also allows for amending them if needed. Also, all instructors have been very welcoming.

I’m visiting from Australia and attended a class run by Helen. The studio is bright and so clean and all the equipment in great condition. Helen was so welcoming and encouraging and the class was so much fun. I do F45 in Aus and hoped it would meet my expectations and it certainly HIIT the spot!

F45 is a great program. If you're someone who struggles to find motivation at a traditional gym, the class structure and the interval training method is an excellent way to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Instructors are knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend.

WHATA PEACH...Hello everyone today, we were driving by studio city with my family and we decided to have acaí fruit bowl. We had try acaí bowl before at other places that was just alright but,this place at STUDIO CITY ????????Acaí bowl is the best and very good! The name of the place to have the best ACAÍ BOWL is called "WHATA PEACH". The owners are very nice people and they make you feel welcome. Come by and try it now bring your friends and family. You won't be disappointed. They just open this place around 5 months ago and boy I'm glad we found this place.Try the mix it up bowl ?And Buddha bowl ?.They have smoothie, fresh juice and toast. Amazing workout! I always loving coming to this studio. The energy is on point and the trainers are super motivating and always making sure you are doing workouts effectively. If you’re thinking of joining, it’s a no brainer!

I'm really picky about the types of workout classes I like - but F45 has been amazing for me! The classes have so much variety and really push me to grow stronger. The instructors are all incredibly cool, sweet, and genuinely motivating. The community at this studio is supportive as well, highly recommend classes here!!

The coaches at the F45 Studio City do great job leading the classes. They are very encouraging and motivating throughout the workout. I definitely recommend this location for a great workout.

This gym has such a good vibe!!! Everyone is so nice! The works are fun, they fly by and the music is great.
