NOT 18cents per copy, other reviews are wrong — 35cents, very high. Plus $4 for one plain manila envelope. Total rip-off place! My first review ever because you all need to know this.

What a great little neighborhood resource. I was able to get some documents notarized and scanned and they were very affordable. The lovely woman who runs the place was very helpful. They seem to have quite a lot of services packed into a small place, a historical place at that, since it was the very first studio of Walt Disney from 1923 to 1931 in this tiny place. So lovely to have small businesses like this in the neighborhood.

You sure pay Disney prices at this place. They charge $2 for a single color print on regular paper (for reference other places near by charge less than a dollar for color). I thought it would be nice to support a small local place, but not only are they overcharging, the woman who helped me didn't seem to know what she was doing. She struggled to print my file and when my print came out, it had a discolored line down it. She tried telling me it was my file and that's just how the prints would look but it was clearly from the ink in her printer. Wouldn't recommend unless you are truly in a pinch

if you feel like 18 cents per copy is reasonable (which it is) then your in luck...but be sure to make the copies yourself or they'll charge you double. its cash-only so if copying more than a couple pages be prepared as a 30+ page document is going to run you around $10. otherwise friendly and helpful.

Worst printing prices in the city, possibly the world. $1 per page for b/w laser prints is completely insane. In a pinch you can print one copy and then make copies of that document for a much lower rate.

Worst prices in the city, possibly the world. $1 per page for printing laser black and white is highway robbery. In a pinch you can print one copy and then copy the rest if you have to print there for some reason.

Today I came to a FedEx Brentwood to make 4 copies of sheets music, I wanted them on heavier paper and one page was print on both side. The cost with assistant helper on a computer cost me .36 cents per page. A month ago I came to this Extra Copy in Los Feliz, the 4 copies of shipping labels cost me $4+tax ($1/copy). The lady who help me just ignored the fact that her self-service printer was down and she was going to over charge me. So now I am charging you Lady, with my honest review. Folks, stay away from this shop and don't even give her a chance to rip you off. But don't stop support other small businesses just because of this one bad apple.

I had a great experience at Extra Copy. The woman there very carefully notarized 3 pieces of an Irish citizenship application for me, which had confusing directions. Because of this, I was worried I would do something incorrectly and my app would be rejected but her care really put me at ease. This is a very small business with quirks..I wish some reviews would be a little more understanding. One review mentioned they charge $15 for notarizing and some banks supposedly do it for free. Banks are some of the biggest businesses in our country. Of course they can afford to offer this service. And if we don't give our money to small businesses, we're putting them out business, at which point competitor-less big companies drive up their prices. The state of CA allows notaries to charge up to $15 per stamp, and that's the cost I was quoted from everywhere I checked before coming here. This storefront was also the original Walt Disney studios! And they have tons of news articles, pictures, and signed illustrations from Disney employees. It was really cool to see.

Needed to sign a document in front of a public notary. She was able to see me immediately. I was very pleased to see that she required masks for entry and was wearing one herself. Very pleasant and convenient experience! Lots of cool Disney history bits on the wall as well.

This is the location of Walt Disney's first studio when he came to California, then known as Disney Brothers.

Very convenient little shop across the street from me, perfect for when you just need to print something. The woman (owner?) who assisted me was very sweet and helpful. She was even able to provide me with quarters since no where seems to have any during the pandemic--a HUGE bonus when a girl has laundry to do.

I would give no stars if I could. Every time I try to print it's always closed, and I've been burned multiples times trying to print resumes last minute for job interviews. Adjust your opening times or just shut the place down.
