First, when I walked in two women walked out complaining about the doctor’s bad “bedside manners”, then the clinic tried double charging someone in line for x-ray’s that they forgot to give the patient. Then they dismissed my concerns and told me my health issues looked “normal”, which I would have gladly accepted if the doctor didn’t have an attitude with me. Unbelievable service here. Please, go elsewhere if you must.

The doctor just didn’t show up. I got there when it opened, and they said the doctor won’t be here for 45 minutes. Which is…kinda crazy. When I asked if I could give them my insurance info, so they could process it and I could meet with the doctor when they arrive, they said they couldn’t. Why? What? Go somewhere else, man. This is not it.

If I could give negative stars I would. This location represents EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH MEDICAL CARE IN THIS COUNTRY.
On Saturday night I brought my friend in at 7:45 pm with a deep laceration that was bleeding profusely. There were no patients in line. We were immediately told that since it was unlikely the provider could see us by their closing time of 8 pm, that we should seek care elsewhere. We asked to see the provider who we could see in the hallway, and we were told he was busy. We asked if we could wait and/or at least see the x-ray technician who was clearly doing nothing. We were immediately put in a catch-22 where we could not see the x-ray tech until the provider evaluated my friend. We asked if we could wait and we were told no as they were closing by 8 pm.
Finally the provider, Adam Joseph Aisner, came out and before even listening to us, admonished us and said to go to an ER. We advised the ER recommended we come here because of the 7 hour wait, and he said he cannot see us. He spent more time admonishing us and refusing us service, than it would have taken for him to evaluate the patient. It was more important that they close by 8, than it was to administer care.
There was zero empathy, care, or allegiance to the Hippocratic oath.
They should not be in the medical care industry. Even the GAP won’t kick you out if you are in their store at closing.
The only good that came out of this entire transaction was their referral to ELITE URGENT CARE in ENCINO who ere AMAZING.
Run, don’t walk, past this sorry excuse for a medical institution, towards ELITE URGENT CARE, ENCINO.

I was just seen by Dr Adam Joseph Aisner and am very disappointed and outraged by his lack of professionalism, empathy and compassion.
He barely even looked at my skin issue or examined me. He kept his hands in his pockets the entire time I was in there
I felt like he minimized and down played my issue. He did not take the time to ask questions or investigate my issue.
I felt like he was very dismissive of my issues and what I had to say, and confrontational. I am a pharmacist and felt like he dismissed me and my issue because he didn’t want to feel undermined

Would leave -ZERO stars if I could. This "urgent care" claims to specialize in various specialties is a SCAM. They want to collect your money and are beyond basic textbook not helpful in fact i am risking my eye sight bc they claimed to specialize in eye Infections. I had to beg for a culture to be taken and sure enough scary to think.i almost let the dr tell me he djdnt see anything. Post visit took entire week for results. A culture is typically done in 48-72 hours. Always talk to different staff nobody communicates with one another. They not only gave me THE WRONG rx they could care less to begin with. So I'm unless going in for simple vaccine don't bother with this incompetent joke of an urgent care. This is coming from someone with 10 years of medical working experience. I have seen it all. I know what a solid facility and amazing Dr's and staff are like and this place is not it. I gave them 2 chances.with 10 months or so in between and have only gotten worse.. This post is not an angry patient having a bad day
This is my honest experience and they need to be held accountable for their only care about money approach. The assistant on the phone placed me on hold and eventually hung up on me and didn't bother to call me back. I waited over 24 hours suffering. She had a major attitude and hung up on me when I expressed my issue as a patient who already paid over 200$ why would I need to pay more money when it's not only not better but far worse. They DGAF. I am praying for a miracle at this point my eye feels like layers and layers are being scratched out. I struggle to see. If you work at this location and read this. If u honestly think u hold a strong work ethic and decent patient interaction you don't... how would you treat a close friend or family member or if u were on the other side

Second time at this location.
This is not the closest Exer to my home or work, however it is sooooo much better of a location than the others.
Different staff than the first same excellent experience.

Been twice for different things - both times both doctors said "nothing we can do" and seemed uninterested in working.
First the doctor barely looked me over before saying I would need to go to ER anyway since they didn't have the right machines. Fine but please say that instead of long waits.
Second the wait was super long again (over an hr) only for the doctor to check my ears/look in my mouth and say there's nothing he can do. Barely asked any questions and seemed so uninterested in being there. The worst part is knowing I'll be charged to have my time wasted and nothing changed.
I've been to other Exers and really wanted to give this one a chance but never again.

Although we were the first in line outside AND inside, someone behind us cut the line to scan the QR code to check in before us. Cassandra, the rude receptionist, saw this happen and said nothing. After I mentioned this to her, she said it’s whoever fills out the forms first and they don’t have a line system. We might as well go to an urgent care with an actual receptionist or else what's the point of coming here earlier to have to wait even longer than those who came after us. Cassandra, the rude receptionist, should not be patient/customer facing. If our experience was only with her, we would never come here again. Luckily the doctor and the actual nurse who saw us, Rudy were both incredibly nice and professional. They went above and beyond to answer all questions and provided exceptional service.

I checked in at 4:30pm on August 9, 2024. They said there was four people ahead of me and that it would be approximately 1.5 hr wait, I said no problem.
2.5 hrs later at 7pm, I get a text to come to the front, they are ready for me, so I walk up.
It's 7:33pm, and still haven't seen a provider.
No check-ins, hey sorry we're running behind, provider will be right in.
All of this could be excusable considering the experience with the provider right? Unfortunately, that was just as bad. An NP - Audrey walks in, completely frazzled. Doesn't ask any questions, I tell her I just got back from a trip to Europe. After a couple minutes, I ask her would you like to know my symptoms? And she then asks, have you been traveling?
She prescribes me 2 different types of antibiotics, then says maybe I shouldn't take the second one since they're so strong.
When I'm leaving, I ask if there is any release paperwork for me to take home with me regarding my symptoms. Nope, none. You're done. Go home. At this point it has been 4 hours. They've charged my insurance, made all their money. And I'm no better off than I was at 4:30pm before I walked in here.
I'm so disappointed that this is healthcare in America today.

Adam Aisner NP had a reassuring and friendly presence. He answered all my questions about COVID symptoms, duration and treatment options. His knowledge on medications is thorough (teaches pharmacology!)
Excellent!
