I have tried multiple times to use the $1000 gift card I purchased several years ago. I have been trying again to place my first order, and they cannot be reached by phone and voicemail full, live chat on their website, email, contact form. I cannot get a response in any way and I love what they have to offer. I just want to order and cannot do so and just talk to a person first! Very disappointed!
