I am so happy to get my car back. I had a severe accident with my Mercedes and had body damages. I couldn’t believe they can fix it so nice like the accident never happened.
They gave me immediately free rental car, and help me with the insurance process.

My car had a dent in the front and when i went to go get it fixed here, the customer service was great and Rafi was really nice, once they finished working on the damage, the results were great. Not only was the damage fixed, the car was washed and shining. Looked brand new, they also cleaned the interior which was a great surprise. I recommend this place 100% and will be returning if I ever need to. Thanks rafi.

I got rear ended pretty badly. With a lot of stress and anxiety to fix my car, I came to European Collision Clinic and saw I was worried for no reason. Rafi helped me from A-Z. There is no other body shop I would recommend my friends and family too. Rafi promised to have my car ready for me within a matter of 3 weeks and had it ready in 2 weeks.

My 2016 Kia Optima was hit in the back. I had my car towed to European Collision Clinic so they can do the auto body work. My car looked so beautiful when the body work was completed. I was so happy. That was in 2022. My car was damaged again in 2023, and I took my car back to European Collision Clinic. They did a great job again. My car looks like a brand new car. People think my car is much newer than it is. I love Raji the owner. He makes you feel comfortable in trusting him with your vehicle for auto body repair. He also is very professional and respectful. I highly recommend European Auto Clinic for your auto body repair!

Got into an accident for the first time recently and my car is brand new, I didn't even know what to do. Found ECC online and called them, they explained the entire process to me and told me to bring the car. They were very nice, attentive and they did an incredible job on my car, it looks perfect. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Kay, Rafi and all of the ECC staff that worked on my car!

I would give negative 10 stars if I could. The owner of this business is so lazy and rude he had to be high or drunk. He was slurring while trying to give me a quote to repair my Benz. He walked around my car and took pics and he stumbled around, he said ya this car needs some work. He then said he would call me to give me a quote the same day. He never even called me back. After 3 days I finally got a hold of him and ask for the quote for repairs. He said he didn’t know how much it would be to repair. I said what kind of customer service is that ! He started stuttering and said it was complicated. I said I’m going to leave you a terrible review. He said it takes a terrible person to write a terrible review then he hung up on me. Avoid this place ! Save yourself the time and trouble.
