I wouldn’t rely on the common courtesy of the front desk or sales staff. They are unhelpful, rude, and non-accommodating. Highly disappointed in how they treated my guest after 3 years of coming to the DTLA club.I had always heard stories about rude Equinox staff who go on power trips or whose egos are in over drive, but had never encountered them before myself until today. I think some humility or courtesy workshops could be helpful in fostering better customer service at this location. Never experienced this at the signature club or the Newport location. They treat their customers with the professionalism and respect of the highest order.

$24 PARKING?!? What a joke. A whatever location but the parking situation just makes it a horrible location. Parking is beyond impossible to find, and even if you do find the right lot BEWARE!! What they don't tell you is even if you validate, if you stay more than 2 hours parking is $24 freaking dollars?!?! Absolutely insane. I validated my ticket and went to leave lot only to see I was being charged $24 and then be yelled at and berated by the parking attendant because equinox of course doesn't let you know you can't stay longer than 2 hours..... I would never have signed up for this location knowing that but they tell you parking is free LOL Parking attendants are rude and the whole parking lot is a six foot tall dungeon hell hole. This location also has the strangest hours and a subpar earth bar. There's much better locations, this one isn't it

Love this location. Staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Locker rooms are clean and well maintained. Plenty of treadmills and split level design allows for two weight areas! Parking a little tricky on the first try.

Parking is super hard to find so budget extra time your first visit. Route your GPS to 444 Flower St. Parking, garage is the smaller right gate (out of the two gates on your left) that says 444. Gym is on 3rd floor, you can park on level C. PHEW…OK now that that's out of way.Love love this location. Very lowkey crowd, never packed, and cleaning crew works so hard to keep it up, plus beautiful city views throughout. Feels less intimidating than some of the other locations. Definitely smaller, so if you're looking for every piece of equipment under the sun or a pool, try the Hollywood club.

Place "doesn't allow phones" would get you banned for life, but allowes creepy old men to bother woman working out. No bueno.

So so location. Parking is an utter nightmare!! The workout floor is kinda mehh and not very clean. It's also pretty tiny compared to other Equinox locations. Would only return if I absolutely must due to proximity or being in DTLA.

Closes too early. By 7:15 steam room is already closed when some of us are walking in after work. Please consider late closure as many of us live in DTLA and are based out of here. Random holiday closures at 2pm unannounced prior - we are paying and it’s closed most of the time.

Not the vibes. I don't recommend this business to anybody. There's plenty of places to exercise without the phony B.S.

Parking is only validated if you park in the Four Fourty Four lot. Entrance is on the floor right between the 2nd of 3 escalators and the 3rd escalator. Look for Earth Bar.

The parking is impossible to find. I gave up after 15 minutes of trying to figure that out. Can Equinox do anything to make it clearer? Or even… put photos up of where the garage even is

I usually go to Century city equinox but downtown one is little closer to me and went here for 2 days and dont really like it alot. HUGE difference from the century city one. Every thing seems very old and not so clean. Used razors in the showers and used towels piled up even tho theres not much people. No dry sauna. Couple workout machines they dont even have compared to century city one. Equipments are rusty and old and the gym is lacking AC or somewhat air. Definitely can see why the century city one is 110$ more expensive than other locations. The parking is little annoying to go down to level C.

Pros: descent amenitiesCons:Closed on Sundays.Extremely rude and condescending staff; was working on there on a Saturday and the gym was completely empty. I was working out and having a quite phone conversation while having AirPods on. I was interrupted by one off the staff members and told to talk on the phone in the hallway. Mind you the gym is absolutely empty and there is out of place equipment laying around. This doesn’t happen at other locations.Verdict:If you are looking for a gym downtown go to Jon Reed. Half the cost, newer equipment and better hours.
