Rental was arranged by my insurance company because my car was stolen. I rented a car for $40/day, and was explicitly told it was all covered by insurance, except for about $13 in taxes. After I returned the rental, I was hit with $120 in taxes, which was over and above the $40/day. If I had been told that would be the case, I would have rented a less expensive car.

I always have a great experience at this location. Maria, Chris, and Justin are all attentive, kind, and detailed. I once had to return a car when I wasn’t feeling well and they made the process extra simple. They took great care of me, completed my return, and had me on my way back to my place in about 5 minutes. Thanks to this team! They’re the best.

Our Camry rented from another Enterprise in Arizona had a bad tire, and we were in the area so we came here for an exchange on Friday afternoon. We were given a dodge journey and in the rush to exchange cars, we left some personal stuff in the Camry. New car vibrates at high speed, so we called right away and asked our other car back, also told them about our stuff: a lifetime national park pass and window shades. Two days later, on Monday, when we called again we were told our Camry was fixed and we told them we will be there at noon to switch. When we got there, our Camry was rented out and we were told nothing was found in that car.We got a Nissan Altima and drove away - then we got a call from this location asking us to check whether there is a set of Audi keys in the car, and yes there is. This shows how bad they manage their inventory and people's stuff in the cars. I think Enterprise needs to reimburse me my notional park lifetime senior pass.

From the moment I walked into my Enterprise location at LaCienega and Pico, Assistant manager Justin Jerro made me feel welcome and took my pre reservation for the following day. He asked where my car was, and when I told in in the body shop being repaired, he informed me about the insurance - body shop rate that I qualified for! It was a huge savings for me. He had the car I selected cleaned and ready to go within minutes. He showed me how everything works in the car, and even set up my mobile phone so it would be hands free. He explained all the charges and I drove off the lot in my rental as a happy Enterprise customer/ The same treatment was offered when I returned the car - the check in was easy and quick, and they offered to give me a ride to the body shop to pick up my car! I declined because I had a ride, but it was just such a welcome and kind experience. I noticed they treated the other customers in the shop with the same respect and consideration, and I was very pleased with the way this young man handled his job. Kudos to Justin and the other young man named Craig were great - they and greeted everyone with a smile and were very efficient. Who ever said these GenX young people have no social skills was wrong. These two young men represented Enterprise very well! Please let them know what a good job they do -Tina Stephens

I have rented cars from Enterprise for a while, in various parts of the country. The office near my house is convenient because it is close. The staff is friendly, cars are always ready, clean. Sometimes I think a little more instruction on operation of the car, or how to use the radio would be helpful. We never figured out how to tune the radio on this car. (Of course, we could have read the owners' manual)Check in on returning the car was also quick and easy. I will be back the next time I need to rent.

Although their vehicles are getting up there in the mileage dept., their customer service is generally on the positive side. The biggest issue I have with them as a company is it can be quite difficult to get through to them on the phone. However once you finally get through, they do their best to accommodate you.

Any reasonable person would understand that rental car facilities can get very busy. I don't understand low ratings based on having to wait for your turn in line. With that said, the staff here were very accomodating under the circumstances. And when, unfortunately, we had an issue with our original car, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I found everyone to be friendly enough while trying to be efficient . My only note to management, if you're reading this, is that I would rather wait another 5-10 minutes and have the car properly cleaned before handoff. My car was basically rinsed off and the interior needed some attention.

This place is under new management and it shows. The last manager was great, this location normally had great cars and the reps were very helpful. Now this enterprise is a lot like the other poor enterprise franchises out there. No availability and policies that prevent the average renter from getting a car. The staff here isn't too helpful. Try Hertz
