I rent monthly from enterprise. I will compare this location to the location on Gower. From the minute I walked in, I received no eye contact from the front desk staff on duty sitting to my left as I walked in, I believe the staff member's name was Carol. I did not receive a greeting or acknowledgment from Carol or the younger gentleman seated at the front desk to my right as I walked in. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome at the Gower location. Here, the location was not busy; everyone had been helped and was seated waiting to be assigned a vehicle. I waited almost 10 minutes before a different staff member arrived behind the front desk who greeted an older, blonde haired, Caucasian customer by name as soon as she walked in. After 10 minutes a staff member looked up and asked if I was waiting for something. This was in stark contrast to my experience at Gower, where I was immediately welcomed, greeted and given a brief introduction on the amount of time I would need to wait, which was only a few minutes, before being shown a vehicle. I was given an electric vehicle for the manager's special, which I have not rented before at enterprise and I declined. They stated only a truck was available. The staff member, Stacy, who helped me select a vehicle, was helpful at the time of vehicle selection. There was also a second younger gentleman who came out to help me with the truck who took the time to fill up the truck with gas and bring it back to me. These two employees were the only reason I remained, the only reason I did not give a 1 star and the only reason I chose not to leave the location. When I returned the vehicle, I was given a timeframe of 7-10 days depending on my bank's procedures. I usually receive my deposit after 3-4 days and so after 7 days I called the staff. Stacy replied and stated that the deposit release/hold had not been initiated at all, so my bank would not have been able to return the funds to me. This was in stark contrast to the Gower location, where I received a prompt turn around of my funds and did not need to call in to ask for the deposit hold to be released. I do not recommend this location to any one who frequently deals with implicit bias as this it what I felt that I experienced at that location. It was such an uncomfortable experience I will not go back, or recommend the location to friends, colleagues or coworkers in the future. The atmosphere at this location was neither warm or welcoming; due to the lack of communication by staff, it felt hostile.

Fantastic service. Would never write a review for a car rental place but manager and staff were exceptional. Made all the difference.

Great rental company. Im lucky to have this business around the corner from my house. Ive probably rented from them 6 or 7 times now. For recreation, business & once when my car burned down in a fire & my insurance covered. All was super smooth. They're always very fast & very fair. Cars are always super clean which is a huge plus.

I needed a car for the week because I started a new job far from home and chose this spot because it happened to be walking distance. Julian helped me get a car real quick and was super helpful and Alejandro checked me out all within 15-20 minutes of showing up! Great stuff!

I made a reservation here and when I arrived they did not have a premium SUV reserved for me. They claimed to have called me the day before to confirm and claim they left a voicemail, however I had no voicemails or missed calls from them...there were TWO other people in the lobby who experienced the SAME issue; reserved a car, no car available, with the manager claiming to have left voicemails, yet NONE of us received a call or voicemail??? No apology or accommodation offered just a straight up lie from the manager.

The employees were nice, very knowledgeable, and made the process easy. If they have multiple options in stock they'll let you choose the vehicle you prefer that's comparable to your own or charge $15 a day for a better one. They work easily with your insurance, just have to give them your rental reservation number. $150 charged to your card for incidentals but will reimbursed if nothing happens. They have additional coverage if you want more protection than your insurance. And you just have to fill up the gas to where the rental was when you first got it.

Super pleased with my experience. I rented a Nissan Altima which still had a new car smell and ran great. Christine or Christina, couldn’t remember, was very kind and patient. She helped check me out which she made an easy and smooth process.

Terrible ! We booked a Jeep Wrangler on Friday, provided contact details and were assured that it would be there by midday on Monday. Now we have just been there and after waiting 20 minutes it turns out that the car is available at this location and would only be available in SEVERAL hours. That doesn't work at all when you book early they don't even call beforehand or make any other contact. That was definitely the last booking with Enterprise for me!

I rarely leave reviews but Wilbur is the definition of customer first. Worked with me to find a vehicle at another location even though they didn’t have one that I was looking for. Even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was taken care of. So lucky that they’re in the neighborhood. ????? ? ?
