Huge shout out to representative Emily Soto who assisted me during my last two rentals with Enterprise. She was very thorough with the car inspections, making sure all pre-dings/dents in both cars were accounted for so that I wasn't charged upon my return. Additionally, when returning my 1st rental, she helped compensate me for missing gasoline that I was not aware needed to be filled back up prior to the return. Not to mention, she is very nice and has amazing customer service skills. Thank you, Emily!

First off, this was the worst experience I’ve experienced in my whole entire life. The staff were EXTREMELY disgusting. Including the Manager. The Hispanic chubby lady that worked at the “ return car service ” was extremely horrible and ugly. Worst customer service experience in my whole entire life. I will NEVER come to this enterprise in downtown ever again. Also, the manager was extremely rude and felt like he was being smart with me. He made comments that were very unprofessional & unnecessary. I did not see not ONE African American there and thats probably what made my experience also horrible. I personally Felt like they were playing a race card. Like I said, I will NEVER be returning to such a Disgusting horrible place ever again in my life. 0 stars for me. If I can speak to the high ups I will be gladly more than welcomed to. Again, 0 stars

We rented a car at this location on our trip to L.A. in October 2023. We had a smooth experience at this store. The car we had reserved was exactly as ordered, and Carla, who took care of us, was expecting helpful.Thank you, Carla!!

Call to set up a pick up time for 330pm to get a rental after having my car vandalized. The lady that initially answered said I would receive a call upon their arrival from the driver. At 435pm I called only to have Courtney answer the phone again to gaslight me and say I must have missed the call at 330, but she can send someone immediately.Upon my arrival at the location I walk past four employees talking and scowling at me as I enter.The guy at the counter asked for my license and payment method to input my information for my rental. I interject led and ask what cars were being offered at the price range the insurance company was paying and he told me we will get to that after I put everything in the system. I ask him to show me the inventory and allow me the chance to see if I want to patronize them without feeling obligated. He said , " ohh that just how we do it , but he understands". He turn to get me someone to assist me outside and the lady in the cubical to the right of the door made a negative face in regards to assisting me , and advised him to ask the black lady to assist me ( this took place right in my face). Me and the black young lady walk to the lake t she showed me what was in stock at the price the insurance gave, I was not happy with those choices. I then inquired about the suburban and she informed me that it was reserved but she would see if it was available. I decided to leave and take my business somewhere it would be respected.I Am beyond the red of patronizing establishment that see me as lesser than valid.Operator, Please work on Customer Service Skills and Training. It is becoming a dying custom here in America due to the alternator ng of values in America. Please do BETTER!

I had to rent a car for a couple of weeks while my vehicle was being repaired. My initial car had to be replaced due to a strange odor and my second rental car also had to be replaced due to a mechanical issue. With each of these instances, I was truly taken care of by the great staff at this local Enterprise location. Both Courtney C. and Richard H. were incredibly empathetic to my situation and resourceful in helping me find a replacement vehicle. They were very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend this location for any future rental car needs. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

So far I got a 2021 car with no Bluetooth that stalled on the freeway and the support phone hangs up when I try to call. It doesn't even keep me on hold it just hangs up. Go to Hertz probably.Update: they replaced fairly easily once I was able to reach them

Everyone was so helpful from beginning to end! Richard always helped me out and would go the extra mile. There’s too many employees to name but they were all nice and helpful, definitely made renting a car easy and smooth.
