Dealer does not keep his word. Waisted my time and lowballed even that we agreed upfront.
This dealer is using a bribed mechanic, who can’t even back up his claims with any paperwork.
You are now paying for my time with a horrible review!!

I was referred to EMEX motors by a friend and couldn’t be happier. Their service is great. Very quick to respond. Shopped the best prices for my loan and as their slogan goes they truly do have good vibes all around. Great costumer service, great prices, great attitude amazing vibes.

Couple years ago, I went on a search for a Toyota Tacoma with a strict budget in mind. I had saved up two years worth and was sitting on a nice chunk of cash. I knew it would be hard but I didn't expect the journey to be greatly difficult. I remember going thru all the car buying apps searching and digging. Sometimes, when i'd go look at the truck the picture would be deceiving because I would quickly realize that it was dinged up or it would have a big scratch on the side. This experience was painful because sometimes I would drive opposite side of town just to be let down. And this continued for about 6 months until I finally found the truck I wanted through Craigslist in San Diego. This time around that it was my wifes turn to purchase a car I vowed never to go thru that hassle again. It took too much of my patience and energy. My brother had purchased a Kia and recommended that I go see Edwin. I told him what type of car we were looking for and our budget. I wasn't expecting him to find something that quick. The day we arrived my wife instantly fell in love with the Camry. We were also able to do a trade-in which made the experience even that much easier. And that's what this whole thing has been about. Yes, we purchased a car that looks and runs fantastic but we also got the most effortlessly car buying experience you could get. Edwin and his team made this an epically smooth and professional process. And from now on whenever I hear that somebody is looking for a car I will always recommend Emex.

Ramel was helping me through the entire process.
