Moments away from a disaster and possibly one of the most embarrassing event of my life about to happen, I pulled into this chevron. Desperation was kicking in and honestly, I have nothing but gratitude for this establishment. There was a man and a woman working and if it wasn't for the candor of this gentleman, I would've been toast. He let me use the bathroom. Not only did he save me, this bathroom was spotless. Cleanest bathroom i've seen in hollywood. Beautiful souls working behind the counter today july 26 2023 11:25 am.

One restroom has been closed for weeks. Several times that I've been since covkd the same person has been using the remaining one for over 20 minutes. Everyone can hear that the room is being used as a shower and dressing room, holding up people who are actually spending. I constantly see this person here doing the same thing or otherwise bothering those trying to get somewhere who have their entire day held up while waiting for someone using restroom facilities as a personal apartment. Would not be as big a deal if nearby businesses open during covid.

I am not one to share any negative experience because I know everyone has their days however I just put has at this location and decided to get a powerball, there was an error on my sheet so the cashier handed it back and said "it's wrong" I asked for her to explain the error so I could fix it correctly and she rudely handed it back and gave a rude remark but eventually explained I had too many numbers, as I walked back to the kiosk to change it her and another employee proceeded to talk about me in Spanish, not realizing that I also speak Spanish and used words, well.. let's just say anyone else who would have been in my position may have made a huge scene and asked to speak to a manager and ask for an apologize etc, I just want the ladies to make sure they understand it is their job and weather you are in an office or a gas station , customer service is important and calling someone names and belittling them in their native tongue is not only rude but hurtful and I will not be coming back to this location again.

Do not put your debit card in the gas machines here (or credit card either for that matter), they are rigged with card/pin stealers and someone will be making a replica of your debit/credit card and taking cash out of your account at an ATM in Sherman Oaks within 48 hours of using these gas machines. Happened to me on a card I very rarely use so I know it was this place.

I now see why a lot of people I know refuse to go to this Chevron. The service is so ghetto. It's like the third world has invaded Sunset Strip; very disappointing to say the least. I got gas earlier this morning. I was the only one at the gas pumps and station....I now see why. Issue number one is that once I swiped my credit card, the stupid pump then asked if I had a club card or wanted something else. It then asked another stupid irrelevant question that had nothing to do with purchasing gas. I chose no. The pump again tells me to swipe my card. Enough of that s**** It's one of the main reasons I don't go to Chevron very often and instead go to Shell and/or Mobile. I don't want to be hassled with the questions, I just want the damn gas! Second issue is the malfunctioning of the gas pump, possibly fraud. The monetary amount does not seem to match the gallon quantity amount on the pump when calculating or stopping the pump at any given point. Sounds like Dept. of Weights & Measures is going to be getting a call shortly. Third issue, the pump fails to print a receipt and forces the customer to have to go inside and deal with the ghetto-ass third world employee. When going inside to retrieve my receipt, the laborer was nowhere to be found. She finally came walking out with her ghetto, brain-dead illiterate attitude. I told her I needed my receipt. She asked me which pump. How effing stupid considering I was the only vehicle there for ten minutes and still the only vehicle there; worst yet, my vehicle was at the pump directly in front of the window of the register where she was standing. I told the idiot that I was the only car there. She was so stupid and proved her stupidity when she told me she's not paying attention and was never paying attention. There you have it! The ignorant, brain-dead illiterate laborer openly admitting how she continuously fails to do her job and I'm quite certain that paying attention to her surroundings and any/all activity taking place is a standard task and requirement of her job. This is why people are continuously at a rapid rate doing everything online, getting rid of the illiterate laborer and doing everything electronically such as paying at the gas pump instead of dealing with the brain-dead laborers who are incapable of processing a single thought! Our company will definitely be contacting CA Dept. of Weights & Measures this week regarding the serious issues with the pumps possibly scamming the customer.

As of recent that used to be favorite Chevron to get gas however this is the last time I stop by. Mostly due to the lack of courtesy of the clerk and the bad manners. Today I only needed air for my tires and even though I purchase gas there, he refused to give me free air when I know other gas stations provide you free air if you ask. He told me if I didn't buy gas I cannot get a free air and the reality of it I did not need gas I guess nuggets in there for one of my tires. Therefore I'm not returning here and if you're a customer I expect to be treated properly and get for some services at least air for free. Never back again.
