I don’t leave many reviews, but the service, attention, and professionalism I received from Eli’s Collision is outstanding. If you are looking for a competent, reliable, and a quality collision repair company, who will always communicate with you regarding the repair process and do a great job, then this is the place for you. The absolutely most disgraceful auto repair center in LA.
They screwed my mother over in 2016 BIG TIME.
Long story short… They basically kept and stole her car.
Even the insurance company couldn’t believe that these guys were still in business.
We got an investigator involved and even they said something really fishy was going on here.
They use to have a lot more terrible reviews and one day a few years back they wiped all the negative reviews away. Must have hired someone to do it.
Avoid these thieves at all cost.

Great service from Artem and the rest of the team from start to end. Went above and beyond to get us back in our car before the Holiday weekend. Quite incredible for an industry you’d not normally associate with great service.

Eli’s was very professional and did a great job repairing my vehicle. The repair took longer than expected, but a lot of that was waiting for parts. The workmanship was terrific.

Connie was so helpful on troubleshooting what I needed to do with the damage to my car. Given the age of the car, she was able to turn what could’ve been a ridiculously expensive repair into something that made sense, both aesthetically, functionally, and financially.
This is not the first time that I’ve gone to Eli’s for my car repairs. They always do a great job.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Connie as well as Chad, who works with her in the Santa Monica office

I could not and did not expect a better result from Eli’s repair of my 2019 Porsche 911. Absolutely Beautiful and great workmanship. In the last 9 years this is the second time I have need this level of work done on two different Porsche’s and I recommend them to everyone.

Mine was not your average situation, balancing 2 different accidents
I was referred to Eli’s from Santa Monica Audi since the estimate from where the insurance sent me was very low
I have since learned it is all a very complicated system and felt comfortable with Eli’s calling all the shots most importantly with my best interest at heart
I drove by Audi dealership today and they couldn’t believe how good it came out
I couldn’t be happier

Extraordinarily professional, friendly, helpful and honest. Excellent repair work at a very reasonable price. The place is clean and comfortable for waiting. It is so unlike other body shops I have experienced.
