Took over long time where I was out of rental car for over 2 weeks. I wasn’t able to do my regular work time bc of all of this delay cause and very difficult to get hold of someone or not responding to text message for over 3 days ?? It’s not an expected service I was thought of as. If you looking for predictable schedule commitment , i wouldn’t recommend this shop. Sorry guys I had to be honest bc only thing I receive or bag to get us Uber fee from my home.

The team at Eli's did an outstanding job restoring the front end of my car after it was damaged in an accident. My advisor Oz took great care of me and kept me up to date of the status throughout the process of repairs.
The technician who performed the restoration also spent time with me going over what was done, and I appreciate the excellent work. My car looks brand new ... I highly recommend Eli's Auto Body.

Eli’s is the absolute best. I had my car fixed there twice. Not only is their work impeccable the service is just as amazing! Rosie has been my go to contact each time my car has been there. She keeps me in the loop and is always just a phone call away to answer any of my hundreds of questions lol. Love Eli’s. I literally wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.Services: Tires

After reading all of the 5 star reviews for Eli's on line, I had no choice to but find out why so many companies and individuals rave about their before and after success stories. As of 09/15/2023, I've picked up my Porsche 992 that's been with Eli's for the past 3 weeks. Not only was the level of bi-weekly communication from their operations and management teams consistent, but the work performed on the car was best in class and impeccable. So, carry on with your 5 stars Eli, I'll pass the good word forward!

I took my car there twice, both for minor paint jobs. The first time was great, they saw me right away and took care of the job instantly, so I went there a second time. For a small paint job, they wanted to charge over $3k which was insane and it took weeks to get the quote. I found a another shop that is going to charge less than $500 to do exactly what the shop manager at Eli's would do.

I had visited Eli's Collision Repair for my previous car a few years back and only recently thought to write a review after having visited other body shops for some different jobs. While their work is not bad, the overall experience was just frustrating.A neighbor sideswiped my bumper, and Volkswagen recommended Eli's to us, as they were certified. During the appraisal process, we definitely felt a bit upsold. We even asked about some superficial wax scratches on some parts, to which we were told the scratches were very deep and would require a new part (naturally we did not take them up on this). But every cosmetic flaw, no matter how minor, resulted in the estimator loudly gasping and talking about how horrible the damage was, even if barely visible to the naked eye.It took a while for the bumper to come in (fine, not necessarily their fault), but once it arrived, it took FOREVER to get it painted (about a week). And once it got painted, we got called saying that they painted it the wrong color. I will note that a similar issue occurred with this same car at a different shop, so it is possible the paint code linked to the VIN did not match. Regardless, this resulted in another week of work, with no compensation nor offer for a rental car or anything. We practically had to beg them to expedite.I really wish that that was the end of it. If that was the case, I would have easily given four stars, especially since the bumper looked like new once it was done. HOWEVER, during the repair process, they nicked my steering wheel somehow, causing there to be a hole in the leather. They did fix it free of charge after several back-and-forth interactions, but there was a permanent rough spot in that general area that was much, much, much larger than the hole itself. This was very frustrating for a new car.Their redeeming quality is that their work DOES look good. I am not sure if my experience is an outlier or not, but regardless, I do not intend to return.
