Erika and Fred have a good eye for quality jewelry at affordable prices. They have jewelry pieces you normally don't find anywhere else. Don't let the size of the store fool you. You will be pleased with the jewelry selection. The service is exceptional!!! I can't wait to buy my next piece of jewelry from them. The name of their store says it all. My father and I have bought several items of jewelry from Fred and Erika over the years. I bought my wife's engagement ring from them almost 15 years ago, and unfortunately it was stolen. I contacted Fred and he bent over backwards to design a new ring for her. He is very informative, and was in contact me every day throughout the design process. We are in the process of moving out of state, and I told Fred I needed the ring in 11 days, and he came through. Fred & his entire family are cons. Beware! I've heard they'll do a bait & switch on you. Show you an excellent quality loose diamond and put a lesser quality on the mounting (they'll tell you to go have lunch while they mount a replacement diamond on). He is as slick and slimy as they come. I would give him a negative star! BEWARE!!!

This jeweler has changed my life. I had the most glorious day of my life yesterday with my fiancé after receiving the beautiful engagement ring that they created. I have never seen a more gorgeous ring and am overwhelmed with happiness. Fred and Erika produce high quality jewelry and are wonderful people with the highest standards of integrity. For example, we had a center stone that we inherited from my grandmother. They insisted that we keep the stone in our possession and come down to their jewelry store and watch it being set. Don't believe any reviews that tell you otherwise. There are a few people on Yelp here who don't realize how ethical they truly are. They have made me feel so elegant and so truly lived up to their name, Elegant Jewelers.

BEWARE!! If I could give them NO STARS I would. Fred and Erica are the owners of this elegant b******** I don't know how people can leave them great reviews. For example, saying that they are informative and give you a bang for your buck. B********* Look let us not be mistaken, when people come to LA for jewelry any one can get overwhelm quickly by the excitement and the pressure to find that perfect ring/ jewelry. They are the typical hustlers of LA!! I came in with $4800 for a ring paid cash up front. Order a double halo marquise ring 1.20 ct/ color (who knows?) Erica showed me a beautiful loose marquise (1.20 ct) and told me she would order the setting of the ring in the shape I was looking for. I agreed (**** a*** I waited and confirmed style over an email. When I received it, the center stone looked SHITTY poor quality; compared to the diamonds on the setting. I told her this doesn't look rite? She says your can get a upgrade later. Then I asked do you do trade ins? She says just make a pendent out of it. Well I took it home and everyone seen it...And asked me what's up with the stone in the middle it looks like a crack rock.. FML !! I went back to LA and got it appraised and was told she sold me a low grade diamond/color is off the charts/ many inclusions/ cut was shitty. (That's a 2,000 dollar diamond) So we asked them if they would give us some type of credit/ for a up grade? Did they do it NOPE!! They just sold it to me a month ago (if that) WTF!! Now I have a ring without a center diamond because I have to try to sell it my self and does any one want to buy it!! NOOOOO because its a poor quality diamond and no one dares to sell a diamond that shitty!! 2 anyone ( WORTHLESS $2000) ..was offered $150 for it! F*** THEM... Hope this finds the next victim on time?

Look no further. This is going to be your go to place for jewelry. I took photos of what I like and Fred designed the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band for my special day. I always do my due diligence and their prices are excellent and the quality is off the charts! They have designed and made many things for me. I will not go to anyone else! You will LOVE them! Fred and Erika are my go to for all my Jewerly needs. My husband first went to them 11 years ago for my engagement ring. Over the years we have purchased my diamond earrings, necklaces and today my upgraded wedding band. Always the best price, best quality and never have to haggle. We love them! Fred and Erika were incredibly informative, helpful and accommodating during the entire process of picking out both my engagement ring and wedding band. We showed Fred pictures of what we had in mind and he was able to provide multiple options. The custom rings took approximately two weeks to make, which was such a quick turn around time. Fred and Erika are amazing. My mom has been going to Fred for all her jewelry needs and recommended him when it was time to pick out my ring. He was so patient with me and showed me various settings and diamonds when we went for our initial visit. He was also extremely respectful with my finance's budget and encouraged me to keep within it. We never felt pressured and he was very honest from the start. He even encouraged us to look at other jewelers before we made our decision. What jeweler does this?! We felt pressured when talking with other jewelers in the area and ultimately decided to go with Fred. I am so grateful for Elegant Jewelers. I ended up with my dream ring! I cannot wait to go back to Fred and Erika to pick out both our wedding bands!

Wow that's what I have to say about this place me and my brother came to buy some jewelry and all I can say is nothing but great customer service and amazing jewelry selection!!!! If your looking for any type of jewelry ask for Fred or Erika highly recommend from my friends and they were right and I never leave reviews but this place blew my mind !
