It is a clean, nice market with fresh veggies and fruits. There are plenty of Mediterranean products, kosher ones as well. Prices are reasonable. Cashier lady was very sweet

It is a must visit to buy FRESH products. The Hummus, Pita, Feta, Olives, Meat, Fish and Produce are very good quality and reasonably priced (by LA standards.)

Everyone has an attitude there. The kosher food is good quality but service isn't. Not being kosher I only go there because their selection of dried fruits and nuts is fantastic. It's like a store within a store that you pay at that the counter. I love the Akbari Pistachios. Their dried fruits are second to none. Overall the store is not clean the staff is gruff to rude (as are many of the patrons) I don't relish shopping there.

The most disgusting place you can visit, the employees are so rude behind the deli counter, and the fish stand . The "fresh salads "at the del were stale and all look like it's been sitting there for three days I got sick from the hummus , tasted like it was made with mayonnaise , disgusting

I come to this market every so often when my partner brings his mother shopping. Im always excited to go to see the different foods and sweets from the Persian culture. It's a very small niche market and always busy. The parking is ok and more than likely you will get a place to park. The reason I give it 3 stars isn't due to the service as the employees are usually very nice but the customers here are very rude. They don't care about if you're in a certain area trying to shop they will bulldoze you down if you're not careful. Im not sure if it's cultural or because most customers are a bit older, but every time I've entered this store it's the same thing each time. Not sure if I will go back again.

I don't recommend shopping from their nut department, had an awful experience with buying almond from them, they were stale and bitter. I called them to let them know and they denied having any issues. They don't accept any returns as indicated at the bottom of the receipt. I learned my lesson and won't buy from them unless I am 100% sure of the quality but who can be!!! It's better to buy eholesale nuts from Sprouts Market because you can return if the nuts taste stale.

Owned by Sephardic Israelis, this middle eastern food market has a wonderful selection. As my mother would say, they have the goods. Crowded for a reason. Narrow aisles and small narrow shopping carts make it a pain to shop here. A rough clientele, the LA Rams train here. LOL
