Elat Market is a must visit for fresh products and a great selection of ethnic and Mediterranean foods you can't get elsewhere. It offers fresh veggies, fruits, hummus, pita, meat, fish, and fantastic dried fruits and nuts. The quality is very good, with prices noted as reasonable by some and expensive by others. The environment is a fun cultural experience, though it can be crowded with tight parking and narrow aisles.
