Great place to find the shoes that you're looking for. Mariah was super kind and helpful. She was very knowledgable about what shoes to get for what type of runner you are as well as the what support is needed for your feet.

Ever since i got plantar fascitis a few years ago, I have swear by the custom insoles from preventing my pain from coming back. Although a bit pricey $74.69 if you have a VIP usually it's 10% off, but it's totally worth the no pain. They said you get about 500 miles with each insoles, but my feet basically get slight pain when my insoles are old. You can also pull out the insoles and see the wear and tear.

I love On The Run. They are truly knowledgeable. My foot doctor wrote me a prescription for orthotics from them and they have worked wonderfully. When I get shoes I get the best advice available. I went today and I have a pair I am very happy with. My son used to get sore feet (he walks a lot) but since he has gotten his shoes from them, his pain has gone away. It's an amazing resource for our city.

The store may be small is stature but it's selection, personality, and service is perfect. They typically have everything that I'm looking for in stock and the prices are fair. I agree with the last review that the owner is both engaging and hysterical.

Staff were so attentive and knowledgeable. They explain the functionality of the shoes I was trying on and gave great suggestions as to what they thought would work best for me. A real pleasure!

This place is always closed!! Every time I go, it says OPEN but its not! And if there is someone in the store they just stair blankly at you like you are crazy! They should at least tell come to the door and respond something! NO Cutomer service skills at all! Don't go there!!
