I've been working with Jerry for 16 years. I moved to LA, began working in Production as a PA at 24 and now I'm 40 years old. He's advised me in opening up a business and now does my personal and business yearly taxes. Gerry is so wonderful. I've learned a lot and never met anyone who's so tentative as he is. I highly recommend anyone who's a freelancer to Gerry. He does my partners regular taxes and if you move away he can do your taxes via zoom. I can't say enough good things about Gerry, I've always considered him like a Dad who gives me good advice. The staff is very kind and friendly. The space is always clean, nice restroom and good vibe. Lots of parking out front and side as well. There are local shops to eat and drink. Keep up the good work friends. I look forward to doing my taxes every year and spend some time with you.

My partner and I were referred to this company from a friend and were so disappointed. Gerry filed my partners taxes incorrectly, and tried for months to get ahold of him to correct them but he never ever returns phone calls. It affected my finalcial aid for school. He also filed my partners business taxes wrong, and even said he had a more important client to help first. Who says that? DO NOT GO HERE! I have no idea how they're still in business.

I have been going to Gerry for years. This year I sent my taxes over back in April 2021. I paid him for he's services and assumed he sent my taxes off. When I didn't receive my refund I called the office to see what was going on. The receptionists wouldn't provide me any information about what was going on. I asked to speak to Gerry but I could never get him on the phone. I emailed my concerns to Gerry and got nothing back. The receptionist started to ignore my calls so I called from another number and she answered. I just found out that Gerry didn't even file my taxes until June 15 2021. There was no explanation and all he said was there was a miss handling. He didn't file my taxes for 3 months unbelievable. Will never come back here.

I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience doing my taxes than when working with Gerry for the last two filings. There were so many aspects to filing that he knew that no other tax 'professional' seemed to have privy to that I had worked with prior. Being head of household was something I always claimed and any other acct just put it down because I did, but Gerry showed me how I was losing out on major benefits by claiming this way. There were MANY other examples like this during the multiple tax years he helped me with...he doesn't get bogged down in minutia that doesn't matter, and keeps focused on what does. Somehow, he seems to know the IRS "ways" inside and out. Besides being a tax genius, he's a caring, soft-spoken family man and deserves all the business he can get in my opinion. Don't walk, Run to Gerry. LoL Okay I'll stop now. :)

Over a decade of tax prep with Gerry and it's been great, I recommend this place highly especially for small business's. If your in search of not being just same nameless entity at one of the franchise prep places, this is where you should go. I'll be back again next year. Thanks for everything Gerry and Penny
