Super helpful and friendly staff, one of the only places I have been able to find my dog’s food too! They have a great variety of foods, toys, and even more hygienic and bath supply items. A great one stop shop for your pet’s needs! You can tel they are true animal lovers and advocates there.

Every single person, dog, purchase, and experience at this rescue retail front has been fantastic! (And I use "every" purposely.) They also do local delivery. Call and show patronage today. Get the woofers!!! Your dog and your warmed heart with thank me (and thank Echo Bark.) Even their name is clever and cute.

I've been here a few times, and the customer service is consistently amazing. They have a parking lot at the back, but parking can get tricky during busy hours or on the weekend. They are very knowledgeable about different treats and needs for dogs and cats- it's clear the staff loves and cares about animals. This store has a great variety of products at reasonable prices. The quality of their products is also noteworthy. I got a few items here, and they gave me some freebies for my dogs to try. In addition, they also donate to animal causes and promote pet adoptions. This is the type of business I will always support!

If every business modeled themselves after Echo Bark, we consumers would be thrilled. Echo Bark is the most incredible store. When you walk inside the store, the creative visual display of products gives you the feeling of pure joy. The customer service is exceptional. Not only does Echo Bark carry a great variety of products, but they are a wealth of knowledge and information to answer our questions. FABULOUS store.

The crew @ Echo Bark are always pleasant & helpful. They carry everything you may need for your cat or dog. Owners Jf and Will go above and beyond in the community to connect with not only their customers, but also their neighbors. These guys are two of the most solid Angelenos I've had the pleasure of knowing. Thanks for all the treats, the free samples, and for showing our pets so much love!

Found a sweet kitty by my pool today and brought her in.. Needed to get some supplies and popped in here while trying to pick up some passes from Brain Dead.I'm a Glassell Park gal, but honestly, the guy working in the shop was such an Angel and so hopefully, I might trek over here to support. He happily helped me pick a good litter + box and even threw me a few food samples because he knew I was fostering. He was just in an all around good mood with all his customers and I really appreciated that. Just wanted to pop in and leave my appreciation! Thank you!

Jf & Will have built the most incredible community institution & pet product paradise. Petco, Chewy, Amazon... you don't need 'em. Stock up here. Did you know that one of the owners also runs a canine rescue that takes on the most severe cases of neglect/abuse in LA? Yeah. That's the kind of people they are. The absolute best. My heroes.
