Absolutely loved living here! Amazing staff and amenities. Each staff is so lovely and takes the time to chat and get to know your needs. Mimi is the best leasing agent so efficient and preforming miracles. Chrissy is the best office manager so kind and always on top of things. Tracie is so thoughtful and kind. Shane is another gem. Just the best team! Such a nice fortress from the mess of Hollywood, it feels like a little oasis

The building and the amenities are for the most part nice, but you basically can’t receive packages unless there is a person in the leasing office and they stopped showing up this week. There is no intercom or buzzing to apartments to notify residents of a delivery (mail, package, or food deliver) or guest arrival. There are Amazon lockers, but Amazon can’t access them unless there’s someone in the leasing office. Ask the tough questions before deciding to live here.

Based on my experience living at Eastown, the rumors are true, management is horrible. WNG does a horrible job at keeping staff trained. Concern for resident retention/ satisfaction is not a thing here, the GM or WNG as a whole simply does not care. If you get on the GM (Britney Harner’s) bad side she will make every secound of your life here miserable ! She allows her bias opinion toward each individual resident determine the level of service they receive. All of her minions including the the leasing and maintenance team will treat you accordingly.

I can comfortably say that Eastown is everything we hoped for and more. Since our first tour, Erin (Leasing Consultant) has been extremely helpful and a pleasure working with. Eastown feels safe, clean, and a wonderful place to call home.

Eastown is a HORRIBLE place to live, it’s swarmed with bedbugs and transients ! All of the grills are infested with roaches. I got attacked by a group living in the drug den across the fence on Carlos ave where resident the parking structure is and building “security” just watched ! This is NOT a safe place to live, none of the fob doors or elevators actually work, giving anyone access to the building at anytime. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stepped in dog poop because neighbors do not clean up after their pets and management does not enforce rules unless you’re a minority. The entire staff needs to be retrained or REPLACED in order for this building to become an enjoyable place to live.

I viewed about 15 different apartment complexes in the LA area and Eastown not only had the nicest apartments but the best staff as well. From viewing to leasing to moving in, both Zayar and Mimi made my move stress-free. The staff here are great and so is the community. The complex is quiet and everyone is really chill and friendly. The vibes is definitely genuine. Take a look and check it out and see if it's the place you can hang your coat and call home. :-)

I've lived at this location for about 2 months and have been loving it thus far! Great amenities, very community-based, kept very clean, and in the heart of Hollywood. I want to give a massive thank you to one of the leasing consultants, Zayar, for helping me find my current unit. He was so incredibly helpful and kind. Initially gave me a tour of the whole complex and simply made the whole process so smooth and painless.

The living experience here is amazing. Zayar is our housing manager, and he was so professional that he showed us the exact room that we want after a little chat. Now my girl friend and I wake up every morning with humming bird and floss silk flowers.

The leasing office was truly outstanding! Dealing with leasing paperwork can often be quite tedious, but Zayar ensured that my process was incredibly smooth and quick. As an international student who is still learning how to secure an apartment in a foreign country, he was exceptionally attentive in explaining the process in detail and even offered solutions to potential issues. On top of all that he was super friendly. The leasing office was incredibly!

This appears to be a horrible place to live. I have friends living at Easttown. They treat them like it's a police state. Security knocks on their door any time of day or night. The Manager takes the word of neighbors and sides with them. I don't think she has ever met with them personally but believes what the accusers say. She only sends insulting emails threatening to remove them. They have jobs and are college educated but are always blamed for any complaints. My friends are being harrassed. Your home is supposed to be your refuge, not one where you are treated like a criminal. She has a one sided view which is frustrating and unacceptable. Would never refer anyone to live here, no matter how nice it looks. Her management style is terrible and so are her so called security guards.

I came in for a tour and I was lost on where to go but I called the office. Mimi was very helpful in assisting me find my way around for the parking garage over the phone. Zayar was my leasing consultant, and he was thorough and honest. Definitely a place worth putting on your list of potential new homes!

Leaving a review to comment on the lovely experience I had with Erin on the leasing team. She was attentive and prompt, following up with me exactly on my timeline. We opted out of leasing at Eastown (at least for this year) but Erin provided such a great experience that we’d definitely still consider moving there at a later time. By far one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had searching for an apt in LA and I highly recommend!
