I was waiting for my Boba order next door and checked their yelp profile. Walked in and asked for Tobacco and the guy just said - "We don't have any tobacco" and just continued on whatever he was doing. I was like ok, he shut me down so I stepped out. I went back in and showed him a photo of this flavored hemp wrap that I wanted to try - he was friendly after that (ok whatever) their page says they have Tobacco, update your profile hello!?

Worst place to go to the staff who was there was busy doing his own thing on the phone and rarely entertains you. I think you guys should reconsider better staff for your business

Guy behind the counter was great and helpful. Explained everything to me and helped me understand products i need. Shop has a super clean and cool vibe. Definitely coming back here for all my products.

2nd time coming here, the butane to fill up torches are so low quality while pricey! Honestly when I was filling up my torch and while using it smelled so bad is why I’m writing this! You lost my business

I really don't know where to start... I was contemplating whether to even write a review about my experience here but as I was explaining to a friend what happened to me; It made me really upset so now I'm here. I always go to the boba shop next door, so on this day I decided to go into Ideal Culture to shop around for a friends b day gift. As I entered the store I said "Hi" to the guy at the counter, he just looked at me and then looked down. Okay? No response. I was walking around just glancing at things. I asked a questions about a shirt size and I got the worst attitude from this guy for no reason. He said " Can't you read the sizes that are there?". I guess I asked the wrong question or something. He didn't even know which shirt I was talking about. I told him the size wasn't there that I needed, then he gives me worst look and says "Well do we don't have that damn size." I asked him why is he giving me this attitude and he said if I don't like or see my size to get out and go somewhere else. I have no idea what happened to be honest. I'm a female and I was alone at the time, so all of this was really scary and very uncomfortable. Nobody should be spoken this way. Especially to someone who is a local and raised in this neighborhood. Now I get very angry thinking about what happened every time I pass by this place. I hope people don't go through the same experience but it was really scary and traumatizing. The person working there is very scary and disrespectful. I see that I am not the only one that has had a bad encounter at this place. I see good reviews also but I think this place was under other management before. This new place is not good at all, I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone! -0 Stars if I could!

Asian guy that works here is a druggie meth user! He's always coming down on his s*** and has a bad attitude. Worst customer service ever! Don't even bother going into this store, there's way better stores with better customer service. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! I hope the owner gets rid of this guy asap. He's always getting violent with customers and making weapons in the front. Side Note: I have friends that have been here and have experienced the exact same thing. So this guys is just an issue at this point.

Great service. There’s no name outside the store in the strip mall but if you see the rick and morty stuff it’s the place. The dude who helped me was cool and gave good suggestions based on what I liked. Helpful. Would come back for sure next time I’m out this way. They have a rewards/points system too!

I walked in and the guy was obviously high and asked me if I wanted to buy whippets. I said no and was thrown off by that question so I just started looking around. The flums were 30$. They are 20 at any other smoke shop. I asked how much the cones were and the guy at the counter glared at me for bothering him to ask such a d*** question and then told my 5$ plus tax which is ridiculous. They are 3$ at other smoke shops. I said no thanks and as I was walking out the guy at the counter insulted me for wasting his time and told me that if I was just going to look and not be happy with prices then I should have just called ahead and not wasted anybodys day. Don't go here. Edit: notice how the other reviews are from 1-3 years ago. This place has changed and does not deserve your business

wow!!!! this place? goes over and beyond to treat thier customers like queens!! literally!! first time here people. this young woman found my favorite ejuice cloud nurdz watermelon apple!! she literally went to valencia to make sure that i have it! she even drove all the way to eagle rock ca to drop it off to this wonderful young man so i can smoke my nicotine!! if it wasn't for her? i would be smoking a nasty cigarette after 5 years of vaping!! thank you so very much you 2!! please come in and check this professional place out! you will be as happy as i am right now!! JESS!!! THAT'S HER NAME!
