I didn't have the best experience here because I got into altercation with a rather fat man. What happened is he said my laundry was his, somehow he had put a load of his into a dryer I already had. Long story short he grabbed my laundry and ran out the door so I called my better half and grabbed him by the collar until he gave up my laundry. But other then that I usually have no problems their and they are very nice.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you're a women this is not a safe place to do your laundry, owner likes to intimidate women that come here alone.

First time at Eagle Rock Coin Laundry and had a great experience! I used washer 17 and 27. Both worked amazing. Then, I put my clothes and big blankets to dry and all three machines I used worked amazing! Really felt the heat when I touched the glass! I was in an out within an hour. I didn't fold there but I believe you can be in an out with all your laundry within 90 minutes, including the folding. Very clean place and so happy I found this place!!!

Seriously I wish I can give these people zero stars. I've been here a few times before and never had a problem until theses new owners showed up. First time I had a problem with the washers, they never drained the water and I had to take my soaking cloths out myself and put them in another washer, mind you they don't have an on site attendant. That same day I had another washer lock on me and I had to wait almost two hours for someone to come and unlock the machine so I can get my cloths out. They also never reimbursed me for that time. This last Monday I went in again just because my dryer at home wasn't working and my daughter likes eating the donuts next door. Four of the smallest white washers completely skipped the rinse cycle. Then my sweater got caught in the dryer and completely ruined it. While all this is going on there is a homeless person harassing the customers walking around the place with her wet dog. The whole place smelled like urine and cigarettes. This place has completely gone to s****!!!!!!I was also told that same day by another customer that one one ever comes by and the doors self lock. So that just goes to show that the person running the place doesn't care about quality or customers. Also when calling the phone number listed on the wall you reach the "answering service"!!! You're lucky if they even answer. It's dirty the machines don't work and the customer service is non existent!!!! Avoid this place at all cost.

Find another laundromat.I came here for the first time last month and put a $20 in the change machine. It only returned $10 in quarters. I looked around for a sign, and finally saw a phone number on the front door. It went directly to a voice mailbox. I called 3 times throughout that week, and no one ever returned my call.I can almost guarantee that may be the only $20 bill in the entire machine. Most people might be changing $1 or $5 bills, not $20’s.On top of that, the dryers closest to the door don’t work. I went through three passes before the fourth finally got my clothes to start drying. It took an additional spin or two from there to get them completely dry.I tried to settle things informally by calling the number that was provided, but the owner here thinks it’s okay to nicks and dime it’s customers. If that’s what it takes to keep the lights on in this place, you do not deserve to be in business. There are also some oddballs here at night. Find another laundromat, drive another mile down if you have to. This place isn’t it.

Guys! If you want your clothes or any other fabric items to come out clean and fresh please visit this laundromat. You won't regret it! This little gem of a place is extremely clean, well kept and under new management. I've met the owner a couple of times and they have been nothing but respectful and polite to me. You get your money's worth here! They are generous with the business hours and they have enough detergent stocked in case you run out. I love this place! This will be my new laundry spot to wash all my clothes and blankets.

New owners are upgrading this place! I have been coming here for 2 years now and since it new ownership back in august 2021 the place is always clean, smells fresh and the vending machines have been upgraded! Even with a quarter shortage the new owners keep the change machine loaded!

This place is super clean! I was shocked because not a lot of laundromats are kept clean but you can tell that the new owner/management takes pride in keeping the business clean. Forget the other laundromats, I'll be coming here regularly now

Was in a rush to do laundry so went here cause it's close to where I live. Not busy, only one other person washing. But half the machines are out of order. There is no working sink or restrooms. Only 2 carts to move your clothes. Very few big machines. Would only recommend as a last resort.

I used to come here often, since moved but somehow ended up back here today. First of all there are only 2 laundry carts available for the WHOLE laundromat. There is no sink anymore which is necessary to wash your hands and to rinse your eyes incase you accidentally get bleach or soap in them. I reiterate 2 carts for 28 machines, that is really absurd. I will not be coming back and I really do not recommend this place. Plastic laundry bags that I have purchased for .50 cents they sell here for $1.00. Would've given 0 stars if I could.

ALL MY CLOTHES WERE STOLEN I don't usually come here but had my laundry with me and decided to save time and gas since I was in the neighborhood, so I gave it a shot a couple months ago. There were only two laundry carts (whatever they are called) for the whole place, and since there were already two people there I had to spend extra time carting multiple arm loads across the cramped parking lot where I could find a space. The vibe was off, one of the other women had her kids riding around in her dirty shoes in the cart basket she was using , then getting up and walking around on the folding tables. Nasty. A broken washing machine leaked water across the floor. I had ALL my laundry there, and while I was taking multiple trips again to my car carrying sheets and non clothes, the woman above stole the two dryer loads I had all of my clothes in. I am disabled and was so exhausted (I was literally throwing the unfolded piles - I didn't want to use those dirty table counters) into the back of my car and I didn't even notice. I should have but it was late, I had a huge pile of towels etc packed up, and I didn't have an ounce of anything left in me to realize the clothes were missing out of my already huge pile of laundry. They were all new. I'm on a fixed income and had just saved up to buy new pants and tops, and everything was gone. I'm always worried about forgetting something in the washers and dryers, so I looked twice in the machines to make sure nothing was left. I know it was that woman because she was the only other person left when I transferred everything to the dryers. And she'd been giving me crappie looks for no reason the whole time (I'd had a small laugh with the first women, maybe she was junior high mean girl mad, I don't know what her problem was)This place sucks on multiple levels. And the prices are typical, you might as well go to a place that is clean and has an attendant and people will be less brazen to jack all your clothes. And probably won't have water leaking across the floor or be too stingy to have a cart for you.

I urge and beg you NOT to use this laundry place. First of all, there's no parking in that shopping center, no worker is ever there, the vending machines don't work and the floors are filled with drying sheets and shoe marks. Second, they closed off the sink because they didn't want any homeless going there; it was a HUGE disservice to me as the customer considering I needed it! After all, it IS a laundromat. Next, one of the machines messed up the hook on my bra (a costly one, too), and I still decided to give it one last chance. The latest and final time I went, the machine RIPPED my blanket. I was upset and called the number they had posted. It made a massive hole in my blanket, and they still had the audacity to ask me if I was sure there was no hole prior. YES, I WAS SURE. Literally, nothing was done. Oh, and their prices are 50 cents to 75cents more than your average laundry place. Save yourselves! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS... unless you want ripped clothing.

Love the new owners! ThIs place needed an upgrade and I'm so happy with the new owners. They are sprucing up the place and are very responsive! It is always clean now and smells fresh. Vending machines have been upgraded and after speaking with the new owners they plan on continuing to upgrade the place. It's also close to occidental college. I've always been lucky to always find parking in the small parking lot that is available to customers. They can definitely have my quarters.

This laundry has taken a turn for the better. It is clean, and machines are operating wonderfully. I love coming here and washing my laundry on a weekly basis. Great place to wash

The laundromat is under new management, the washers and dryers are cleaned daily. The laundromat has 2 vending machines one snack machine and one soap machine. The new times are from 6AM to 11PM with the last wash being at 10PM. In case of emergency there is a number posted at the laundromat door.
