I had the best customoer service working with the amazing people at Duran's. They made an error with the boots they made me and they rebuilt the boots from scratch at no cost, no questions asked. The quality is second to none!

Just received a custom pair of Star Trek original series boots and they are flawless! Isabel was so great on the phone and shipping to New York was FAST! SO GLAD I FOUND THIS RARE OLD SCHOOL GEM!

What happened to this once well revered establishment of shoes? I used to send droves of student to them, now I loathe the shoes they made me and have stopped mentioning them as an option for tap shoes. They just stopped caring. I've gone through many revisions of the shoe they sold me to make it manageable, but I still can't use them. They never replied to my queries.

I talked to Isabel Duran via text and met up with her today. She gave me a beautiful tour, introduced me to the shoe maker and took my measurements. It was a very special experience. I can't wait to get my folklorico shoes in a couple weeks!

My daughter, a loyal customer, recommended I visit the store, even though I don't live in LA. She knew I was in pain and needed special help to get walking and hiking again. I am so glad I took her advice. Duran's Shoes provides Excellent service from well trained salespeople. The owner and orthotics manufacturer also made sure I got the right orthotics, tools and shoes to heal my very painful plantar fasciitis. So impressed by the time they took to get it right! My doctor didn't provide half the advice I needed to treat my condition with both appropriate footwear and physical therapy. Less than six hours later I was able to walk again pain-free for the first time in three weeks. I'm a fan!

The most comfortable shoes I own. I'd wear them all the time if I could. I've got tough-to-fit feet and the tap shoes Isabel had made for me fit like a second skin. If you're serious about dancing, even if a beginner like I am, the investment is far and away worth it.
