This location has bad customer service I was there at 10:10am the manager at this location she was very rude unprofessional has no people skills she wanted me to wait an hour for a color match Home Depot takes 5 minutes for a color match

Just went there and it was overall a nice seamless experience. The guy behind the counter even wheeled a 5 gallon paint to my car which was nice. Thank you!

Went in to get some paint matching samples done- The sweet girl helping me told me it would be an hour (it was close to lunch time for the "mixers). I looked a bit more at other paint chips and decided on another color to add. When she went to have it prepared, she came back with all my samples. The one hour wait turned into 15 minutes. Talk about service! Actually, there were 3 very helpful and sweet young women- Elizabeth, Leslie and Maggie. I observed helping others as well, always very helpful and professional.Great customer service all the way around.And... a big "thank you" to Eric!

David the manager was super knowledgeable and took time to make sure iI had the right colors for my project. Super fast and quick. Showed me the color pallet and how each color was made. Great store and easy parking.

Painting store open very early at 5:30Customer Service is very nice they are welcoming with big happy smile they work fast with customers needs and very professional work plus helping with carrying products to car am so happy and satisfied with this store location at Hollywood and they have asap delivery within less than an hour ?

If you need to get paint do not use this store. The store closes at random times without a new warning or notice. If you choose to do Dunn Edwards paint go to a different branch

Don't know the name of the woman w the dark brown or black hair who works their today (believe she might be Mexican) but my family and I are moving out soon so I went in to buy some paint. After looking at some colors I had a few ideas so I needed to go to the bathroom and when I came out I was going to ask for help. I asked the lady at the register if they have a bathroom & she said "it's for customers" fine completely understandable but she was so rude when she said & looked me up and down. I was confused because I was going to buy something so I said " oh you have to buy some thing?" And walked out because hell no i'm not gonna buy from a place that has a customer service. Found a different place & they were super sweet and i'm about to buy a few buckets of paint from them :)

They are out of stock in many paints and the printer is not working so instead to label it correctly they just write with a pen the color code ...very bad service
