Worse customer service manager just stands around getting phone calls instead of helping people in the morning when is busy

Come here if you want the absolutely Worst customer service experience on the planet. They are helpless and cannot do the job required for a professional. Closed my corporate account today, and went right to Shillpark Paint.

The black assistant manager lady is so disgustingly rude. She does not welcome me or ask if I need any help. She skipped me and avoided me at all cost, even scowling at me. I just don't understand how Dunn Edwards at Hoover has gone downhill. So disappointing with the staff who manages this store.
