I had a Simple phone call request about bike rental, Sunday August 18th at 9:30 am, the attendant responded no and hung up on me, remove the rental option from your website and teach your employees about customer service

Don't listen to the negative reviews. They're really good and conveniently located to anyone living in DTLA. I came to have my rear wheel replaced, and they fixed a bunch of other stuff on my bike without even charging me. I had a great experience.

Do not FALL FOR THEM!!! I had them fixed my bike while I was doing UBER EATS, from the back to where the chain is they replaced it, and now I thought they fixed but it turns out it's broken they ripped me off!!!
They charge me $65 for replacement and now I want my money back!!!

Rented a bike from these guys for a week while I was in town for a conference. I managed to run over glass on back to back days biking around LA resulting in flat tires each time. But the team was very helpful and fixed the flats each time allowing me to keep riding. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

My electric scooter kept getting a back flat tire but the repairman replaced it with a great rubber tire at a decent price and now I will never have to worry about it anymore. Highly recommended! ????

Excellent service from the mechanics and the shop! They rent me a bike last minute without making a reservation. The attention of the staff is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone willing to rent !

I am a new triathlete, building my stamina and training up, and was looking into getting a legit road bike for the first time. Certainly a LOT to process and plenty of places to check out in LA county. I am from west side, so already had planned on checking a few places out, but had a free lunch last Monday, and found DTLA through Google and also referenced by Cannondale with stock and stopped by. Rodney was able to spend time with me, talk me through my needs, experiences, and goals. You could tell he was a pro and passionate about biking by the way he talked. He wasn't trying to sell the products, he knew the stuff would sell itself. Great community feel. The basement indoor track was awesome to jump on a few bikes and really get a good feel for them. I was only looking to get more information, and ended up leaving with a great starter bike with lots of room to grow.
Thanks a ton, and I'll definitely be back!

I came here for convenience, to save myself time, and to avoid traveling far.
It takes $55 bucks to fix a flat tire on an electric bike; The kicker is the fix takes 30 mins. Depending I get it done again.
I instead went elsewhere. I got this flat tire repaired before for less the cost.
Update: the repair took less than 30 minutes for $55 bucks. Costly! Ok. Its business.
