Frustrating place.Felt like they were giving excuses to not give me an appointment. This was supposed to be my new PCP, but I was never able to CONVINCE them to see me. My new patient physical had to be done elsewhere too so I've never been seen by them.They would give excuses saying I didn't need an appointment for the things I wanted to be seen for.They would also not answer during their "open" hours, give those excuses, and would not listen or communicate clearly.They even gave excuses for authorizations for glasses I needed They said i didn't need one, but both the optometry and my insurance confirmed I did... This place just sounds so unorganized each time I called.They would also sometimes answer and say they'd call me back but then wouldn't or call after business hours at 8:30ish...And now she's on vacation thru mid-aug?Gotta look for a new doctor.Such a waste of time.

I called to this clinic to see if they received a walk in patients,the guy who answered the phone,ask me if l have insurance,health net and blue something,l said that l will pay cash,he did not said anything,just another person answered to me saying that l can go somewhere else,and l explained to her that l need to see the doctor that l will paid cash.She said go to your primary doctor,or emergency room!really that's how doctors are acting at Korea town,l call on another time to Clinica de Los ojos on Oxford and third,they did the same thing to me,asked for insurance and after l said l will pay cash they told me to go to another place,what the heck it's happening with these clinics???nothing justified to treat people like how these clinics,shame on them!!

Completely unbelievable. How does this woman have a medical license? It was so hard to get her to focus on what I came in for, I left with almost nothing done after 4.5 hrs waiting there plus the month I waited to change my PCP.

Completely unbelievable. How does this woman have a medical license? It was so hard to get her to focus on what I came in for, I left with almost nothing done after 4.5 hrs waiting there plus the month I waited to change my PCP. She instead wanted to know ALL about me to judge me and try to indoctrinate me. HA. She starts off with warning me about plastic in food. Then she asks my ethnicity, my religion (are you catholic?) my occupation, etc. Several times she tries to convert my ideology. Almost every real medical concern I have is dismissed. I walk out with one out of six things solved. One or two things she says she doesn't want yo address on the first visit because she "doesn't know me." The others she refuses to address even in the future. No wonder I sat there for 4.5 hrs waiting in that freezing hallway, she would rather get all up in your personal buisiness than listen to your needs and offer real help. So, she ends up giving me a long lecture on how herbal supplements (which are NOT FDA regulated!) are going to keep me from getting cancer (not why I was there). She loads me up with 4 prescriptions for my alcohol-induced nausea I didn't ask for. She's like, dont worry, your insurance will pay for it! And the blood test too that apparently is given to all new patients for some reason. She refuses to give me a referral for a dermatologist even though I know what I have is keratosis, I've been diagnosed with it before. Because she thinks Medi-Cal would deny it and she wants me to try anti-allergy cream first...like no, that's not how keratosis works...you're not a dermatologist and you're not a nutritionist. I know my body and history, just listen to me enough to refer me to someone who actually knows. She refuses to give me anti-viral medicine, saying that "coconut oil" is going to prevent flare-ups. *ucking coconut oil. She won't give me the medicine I've been prescribed for years by several drs unless I come in with a flare-up. WHAT THE *UCK KIND OF IDIOCY IS THIS NONSENSE? I'm down with holistic medicine but it's not a replacement for scientifically proven effective, FDA regulated drugs. You can have both. And don't *ucking preach to people! Also, she lost my prescription befire I even left and blamed me for it. She said some pretty judgemental things. She thinks she's being nice but it was **cking torture.
