Leaving lunch in DTLA and all the sudde the rear passenger side tire went flat and needed a quick patch up.The service was punctual and warm. The tire patch was expertly completed and remounted in a very economic and efficient manner. It took all of 15min and that's because I was waiting behind another obviously very pleased customer

I go there every 3 weeks to keep my tire pressure up on my bicycle. They are always busy with cars, SUV, pickups installing tires and rims on all the various vehicles. They are very good to all their customers.

Customer service is mediocre. If you think it's right to say go somewhere else to buy your tires just because you don't want to keep the price you said over the phone it's lack of training and customer support. Take your business somewhere else.

My wife’s battery died while I was in SD. I called knowing they are tire shop and told them the situation. They went out of there way to check to see if they can help her. Tells you a lot about there customer service. Thank you fellas ?

Honestly this shop is amazing I first asked them if I needed my tires to be changed and they said it still has more time when another place said I should replace them. They are honest and one of the cheapest places in LA to repair your tires brakes and rotors.I highly recommend them

This place was great when it was ran by the owner, now It is a joke. The employees at the counter do not care about customer service.. The place is filthy, food in the counter, there was a very rude short Latino guy sitting texting and eating, with while I was talking to him, suddenly another guy showed up with more food, he ran to get his food, laughing, making jokes among themselves.
