This place is terrible with amateur service, beyond rude workers and cheap tire brands. Because of the good reviews, I went there to fix a simple flat tire, my car is new with only 10k mileage, and the tires I have are Continental, top quality brand. They said they could not fix my flat tire and that I need to buy a new whole tire and that they only had one tire to offer from a much cheaper brand called Liongate. I thought was strange...how come a tire shop can have only one tire available?? Since I was Afraid of driving further with no step, and I had to head to work, I just bought the cheap tire offered. What happens next is: They kept my Continental tire and installed not only a cheap tire but a WRONG SIZE TIRE!!!! OMG as soon as I leave the shop, ALL the car system got messed up with WARNING SIGNS blinking urgent messages, saying this system is failure, that is compromised, this is that, including one saying STOP THE CAR. I was not even a block away, when I came back and showed all these messages popping up in the panel to the japanese guy, he starts to aggressively question me if I was meaning that he had broke my car!! His way of speaking was extremely rude, sexist and disrespectful. I never argued with him and reply that "all I know is there are many signs blinking after tire installation" and if he could take a look.
Another mechanic arrived and found out that they had installed a WRONG SIZE TIRE, that as a result, messed up all sensors from my car. The japanese guy learnt from his mechanic that they had made a mistake and installed a wrong tire. This guy then simply ignores me and walks away, never apologizing for anything or showing any interest in checking the service redone or bothers to check anything!!!! And the nightmare is not over, they then found out they had to other available correct size tire to reinstall!! Strange again!! At this point he decides to convince me that the only tire available is "a better one" than the previous wrong size one, what a joke. It was a nightmare to deal with that sexist and abusive man, and all their amateur mistakes. They never care to reset all those blinking signs, instead they said will go away by itself but one sign pops up every time I turn the car on and its so annoying, specially to remember this terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If you got nail on the tire please DO NOT go there. When I visit my tire pressure drop from 40psi to 15psi in 10 mins needs emergency repair. They will tell you to wait 1+ hour wait time for 15 mins job. They don’t want to take tire repair customer cause is too little money for them. Don’t waste your time and trip to go there to seeking urgent and serious on tire repair.

Amazing service. Both of our cars were a mess and we needed quick and reliable service. They fixed the tire on car in about 20 minutes. They did a full brake repair on my other car right before closing. Fair price and excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Really great spot - super convenient for us downtown folks! Everyone is super nice and helpful - they clearly communicate every part of the process. The prices are reasonable. I did not have to wait long at all for my tires to come in and have them replaced for me. I will definitely be coming back here again when I need tire service!

0 stars!! Called asking for quote. They said $25 to plug a tire. When I got there the mechanic slickly tried to tell me $50. Complained to the manager and they lowered it to $25. I woke up the next morning to a flat tire, and when I called they said it's only temporary. But not even a full 24 hours. Keep your money in your pocket
