I placed an order for business cards in May. I experienced a few bumps in the road regarding when they were ready vs. when there were supposed to be ready. They weren't for a special event so there was no harm no foul in getting them a day or two late. The problem was that every time I called I got someone different.The gentleman I placed the order with was very nice and helpful, but although I never heard from him again despite requests for a callback. Those I spoke with afterwards ranged from indifferent to horrible. That was UNTIL KATYA.A top shop pro named KATYA took over, took ownership, and turned everything around. From that moment on, my experience was great. Real-time updates, satisfaction promised, and satisfaction delivered.I just placed an order for more business cards, with some minor edits. I dealt directly with Katya, and second time around, I received her Royal brand of customer service. I just green-lighted the proof, and my cards will be ready in short order.I was happy with the cards and received many compliments on them. But I was DELIGHTED with the five-star service my small order received from Katya. Owner, are you listening? Give customer service training responsibilities to KATYA . Then give her a raise commensurate with those additional duties, and in recognition of her general excellence.
