Donlyson Auto Concepts did amazing work on my 2016 BMW. Francis and his team are incredibly talented at bringing damaged cars back to life. I highly recommend them for any collision damage or repairs.

I had my car towed to Francis after having a fallout with the shop in Pasadena. The other shop refused to do a lot of repairs that my car needed. I was glad they did because Francis like a professional contacted my insurance and discussed all the necessary repairs. The adjuster went to inspect my car and approved all the necessary repairs. Francis emphasized that my car was going to look like new. He was so optimistic and very confident. This gave me so much peace and I was finally feeling stress free, my car was in good hands. I'm happy the prior shop didn't do the job. Taking it to Francis was the best decision I had ever made. This turned out to be a very positive thing for me. I highly recommend Francis he went way above the scope of work to make me happy. And I am extremely happy. My car looks new inside and out just like he promised. Take your car here. He won't disappoint you. Below are some before and after.

Francis assured me that he’d give me back my car better than what it was before and he did. He was very nice and communicative. Things might take a while but we have to be understanding how covid has affected labor and supply chain so patience is necessary but it’s worth it at the end! Francis and his team were able to fix my fender and bumper after an accident. It came out better than new and Francis was nice enough to get the best for my car. While it may take a while, COVID affected labor in almost all parts of job market and supply chain so patience is key and we have to try and be understanding about situations. I recommend this shop if you want your car back better than new! Thank you to Francis and his tream!

The service is terrible. The owner don't return any calls. My car was estimated to be done within 19 days. It's need 5 months and still not done. The owner will never return your call if ever he will use all the BS excuses. I warn you- never bring your car to DOnlySon!!!!!

I managed to back a rental car against the side of the garage door in my building, denting and scraping the wheel well panel. I therefore turned to Yelp to find a body shop that could fix this before I had to return the rental car.

Back again with my other car in a Fender Bender due to DISTRACTED DRIVERS causing my rear car bumper damage. Again Francis to the rescue of doing the greatest job of making my car the way it was!!! Brand New !!! Great Body shop with a big heart!!!Quality and precision is worth it and if you have to be recommended by your insurance to go to their designated body shop. Tell them straight that you will go to Donlyson Auto Concepts. It's not the question of the insurance company preference, but it your car that need the care of Quality and perfection .

I don't leave reviews but this place was so bad I had to. Don't take your car here they are horrible. I have no clue how this place is still open. Took them 4months, they said 2weeks. When I finally get the car back they didn't even complete the work. I wish I could give them a 0 star

Met the expectations and beyond! Make sure you say whatsup to Francis, He's gonna take care of you. Him and his crew are great! Its my first time visiting his shop yet I felt like I've known him since childhood. Brought in my damaged car and they made it look like a car show ready after they're done. I'm super glad my friend recommended him to me!

Donlyson did an amazing job fixing my car's dent and repainting it! Francis was awesome and threw in a lot of free stuff and my car came out pristine like new as ever. Thank you so much, Francis and your team for a job well done! I recommend this repair shop to everybody who needs to get their car fixed or if you've gotten into an accident and you don't know where to take your car, you should consider this place first. They can assist you better than any other repair shop there is. Two thumbs up!!!
