Dogromat: Where the customer is never right (unless they’re happy ?). See their reply below. (It’s so much easier to retain customers and keep them happy when you just listen to them and don’t argue but they don’t care about losing long time loyal customers…?) ??

They advertise closing at 5pm but stop letting you self-wash after 3:30. And NO SIGN ANYWHERE SAYING “LAST WASH AT 3:30”. It would be nice if you told your customers on the website/Google search and/or when they called to ask if you take reservations for self-wash (you don’t which is another ding). And I’ve been a very loyal customer and used them more than a couple dozen times. Walk in at 4pm and they tell you “no more self-washes today”. I have a 10 pound dog. I would’ve been out of there in 15 minutes. Not cool

I was there before 4 (3:58 actually), now you’re lying to what “save face”? Also, you’re a “dog cleaning” business “DogroMAT” (like a laundromat). If your SERVICE closes at 3:30, pls advertise that. Your hours are NOT 5pm. Pretty simple stuff to try and keep customers (especially loyal ones who have used you since you opened). Guess you don’t care so much. It’s about YOU “leaving” AT 5p? Wow. NOT cool.
PS Charge people up front to make a reservation with an in and out time they lose if they don’t use it or are late. Issue solved.

We had our YorkiePoo bathed and groomed & self washed our German Shepard. The blow dryer hose in the middle tub needs fixed. The owner is sweet & friendly.

Great experience today. Fit us in at the last minute. Bigger dog (English lab 110lbs). We have been doing our own washing for years at previous location and the new one on Lincoln. He is so clean and not traumatized. Pearl the groomer super friendly and let me know the deets after. Recommend 10/10

If your dog is into the insanely loud club music dog BDSM scene then this is the place! My ten-year-old shelters have a life ban because one had a pee accident. This place is not elderly dog friendly. Hair cuts were average.

Juan always does an amazing job on my Princess. Her dye job looks beyond adorable! We are definitely Dogromat regulars now. The daycare is also amazing, my Princess is always tired out after pick-up and ready to eat and go to bed. Oh and they have the best dog foods available at the best prices!

I love this place. They're so friendly and fast. I went in this morning right as they opened (8A on a Thursday) without an appointment just for anal glands expression and a nail trimming. Marisol took our dog back immediately was finished in five minutes. She was so great and so sweet with our pup.
Their pricing is reasonable--much better than Healthy Spot (where we used to go but left due to their pricing).
We'll be regulars here from now on!

It’s unfortunate that I’m leaving this review. I had high hopes for this place. It came highly recommended and the Owner and staff were kind. My poodle mix came in for a complete package. I was very clear with my desires for the cut. Not too short, and to keep the coat and overall shape. They raised concerns that there is some matting. And there were a few around the neck and behind the ears, but nothing unreasonable that can’t be clipped off halfway through her appointment. They called me telling me that they can’t save the coats and they need to go shorter. I gave them the green light. Had I known that she would come back looking like a sheared lamb, I wouldn’t have given them the go ahead. This is not a $90. Not only does she look unrecognizable. But she has been absolutely miserable since, scratching itching and licking all over, especially in her private parts, which were cut too short. upon confronting the owner via phone, she showed empathy and remorse, but chose not to reimburse me as asked or offer anything as a show of good faith. That’s poor business.

I have used the self dog wash here multiple times. The place is new, big, and clean. There is a weird vibe with some of the employees. There is one female employee is always super kind and smiley whereas everyone else has a cold vibe to them. I really don’t like that they give you a diluted shampoo bottle that’s basically 90% water and 10% shampoo. My dog has a thick coat so I really need to shampoo twice to get him clean and by the end of his bath, I’ve basically used almost all of the shampoo water. This isn’t my favorite place to bring my dog but when I can’t take him to his usual place, I’ll bring him here.
