Rignt next to every other places we shopped at in this area of Baldwin Hills. I tried this Superior Grocery store, and they are much nicer and better than many locations I have been too. Not my first time here tho. I have stopped here a few times, and I was happy. store is pretty big. Lots of produce and good stuff here. I love the deli areas. Customer service was good. Will be my go to spot everytime I visit family out here.

I don't understand the low ratings of this place. It's my first time in a Mexican supermarket this size. The place is neat although I wish they put their pan dulce individually wrapped so it's not completely exposed to the public. The bread was located by the automatic doors too for .99 cents each. I am unsure of the cost of Spanish food but I guess that seems reasonable. The store is neat, spacious and clean which is very important. They also seems to sell almost anything Spanish you need. If I lived around, I would come here often

I'm actually quite shocked at how low their ratings are. This is my weekly stop for fresh vegetables, very well priced. I've never had a bad customer service experience. They just remodeled the entire store and it looks fantastic! Their hot food section looks delicious and there are some good deals. Plenty of parking in their private lot. They have curbside pickup. Make sure to download their app, they have some good coupon deals from time to time.

I love shopping here for my groceries. However, I didn't have a pleasant experience today. While I was paying at the self checkout, I saw someone next to me needed assistance. He called over an employee, Francisca. She seemed to hear him and not pay attention to him. He said "excuse me" multiple times and she continued to ignore him. Another lady came to assist him. A few moments later, I needed assistance while paying, I asked the nearest employee, who happened to be Francisca, and she looked at me about 4 times and looked away. She seemed to be looking for something else to do instead of walking over and helping. After 4 or 5 times of asking for assistance, she walked over and put her code on the self checkout kiosk. I usually enjoy coming here for the customer service and quality of products, but I'm not sure what happened during this visit.

Dani is INCREDIBLE!! THANK YOU! She's fast, efficient and hardworking with lovely and genuine customer service. My concern is while she was at the register her management was MICROmanaging her register and not allowing her to do her job at a timely manner. Please allow this HUMAN to be a person and not a timesheet. She has obligations for other roles. It's a Friday afternoon and her managers aren't concerned of her well being. I hope someone in an executive role can see this post and be more compassionate and understanding. If they were to pay her a living wage she wouldn't have to work multiple jobs and running around from one to another. Do not forget we are all people trying to sell and buy food. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!
