The market is great but the store floor associates are a little rude and there never working the older woman yes there always doing something and do have manners and are working but the young ones just see them talking and talking (black haired. Girl ) and do nothing . Everytime wish they would hire different floor associates so there customer service game would be more comfortable.

I always find what I need in there and the cakes are good in my opinion I love tres leches, and the staff are really nice I love Superior because whenever I just need a few things I end up getting a ton.

I got there before they close needed one thing just one and they close 10 minutes before closing and it was an emergency for a party and they wouldn't let me go in get the one thing and I begged nicely they wanted to close early so they can do inventory and leave on time I work in similar area and my store don't close early we close the time we have posted outside they should honor it because some customers need some items for their own reasons

Experience: I used to shop here back in 2018. I was in the neighborhood and decided to do a grocery run here recently, I'm actually a big fan of their produce section, variety, and prices. I find produce that I don't typically see in other stores like jack fruit, plantains, banana leaves, different grains from different countries, a big assortment of Mexican products, like nopales. The bakery is also pretty legit. As far as the other products and store items, I can't speak on since I go only for the produce and Mexican items. Parking: Pretty big and decent, I found a spot in the very front. There were plenty of open spaces on a Saturday afternoon. Vibe: Diverse, busy, just go in and mind your business. This is not a high end nor aesthetically pleasing store. The customer service is so so/rude sometimes, but I don't mind honestly especially if I'm getting a bargain for my fresh veggies.

Excellent cakes for Birthdays & all occasions. Superior Bakery is very affordable and typically you can just pick up a nice cake and be out in no time. These cakes are very delicious moist not too sweet and very beautifully decorated. They do have service to preorder any size cake you desire. I love this bakery!!

Worst hiring manager ever "Raul" !!!!! I had a interview at 9:30 AM with him and he arrived 20 mins late, are you kidding me ? First thing he did was walk up to me and looked at me up and down and had to audacity to walk away and talk to others I had to wait another 5-10 min, like really that's another 30 min that I had to wait. Disappointing!! After a long wait he asked what was my availability I replied to him I'm available everyday except Sunday's because it's the only time I spend time with my family. He immediately said he was not going to hire me due to the fact that I wasn't available to work Sunday's. He didn't even try to proceed with the interview that didn't even last for 3 min. So I got up and got my things, thanked him and left.

used to go here every weekend. what turned me off was the fact i was literally treated like i crminal for simply taking my own bag in since i normally get just a few items. i hope current management sees this response and work with customers more with respect thank you...
