Excellent service and a good place to go to do your paperwork, and I have been there several times and today I went for the driving test behind the wheel and I had the examiner Beda, she is an excellent human being, I received very kind, respectful treatment, an excellent manner of Give her instructions that God continue to bless her life and place people like her in every place of service.

Despite general opinion that DMV's everywhere are terrible (bad service, bad attitude, inconvenient), this Hollywood DMV has done everything possible to be the polar opposite. They have a system that keeps things moving right from when you enter. The employees are considerate and accommodating and seem to be "on your side" cheering for you to pass the test and get your license. Yes, you still need to provide all the "proof of residency" etc but they try their best to be understanding. As good an experience as you can hope for given the situation.

I had a really good experience here. I went for the permit after taking the written exam online. Everything was smooth and clear. The representatives were extremely professional, kind and polite. They should put some free water machines there, though.

I will give my opinion about this lousy place and poor service to Latin people, there is very strong discrimination in this place that it is even scary to visit these offices, many of the people who work in this main place of the Latin people who work there are abusive, they yell at you. and they make you feel so bad that they humiliate you, they don't even want you to speak Spanish, they say they don't speak the Spanish language, being Latinas, and on top of that, they question you a lot and limit the time you have to go if you fail the driving test. I can't believe that in California. This exists, the state of immigrant defenders has to pay attention because at any moment they will make a demand for this place for the people who work there, no one is going to ask for anything and they are in that position for the people who come to do their licensing business. Because you pay every time you arrive at that place, today I wanted to record a video to report them to the Telemundo channel so that they can report to this DMV that there is outrage and mistreatment, humiliation towards many people, many like me have had our rights violated in In this country, I cannot believe that there is no inspector who can inspect this place of such poor quality without ethics or professionalism. These people have only been appointed to the position because they have nothing at all about being professional and sensitive, they abuse every humble person. who comes there to do their paperwork, this place is so unpleasant, people have to report any bad behavior, we have to record it to have proof and show it to others who want to get there

bad experience.. The examiner was unhelpful..unkind...and rude. No reasons were given for not passing the test. The roads are narrow and in poor condition

I meaaan it's the DMV, so not like we wanna be there. But I was there to renew my DL, and I completed the application AND the test online in advance, then scheduled an appointment in the mid-afternoon on a Thursday. If you do this, then it should be relatively painless--I was in-and-out in 35 minutes!!?
