The black lady of color with the glasses in the front when you check in should be fired! I bet she's been working there for many years because everytime I go to that dmv, its always her assisting. She doesn't give a damn about anybody and thinks she runs her desk. Went to apply for a real ID in person and she tells me that they stop handing out forms after 4pm! Doesn't make sense to me but Ok?.. then I had another person that I was helping that had the form to submit in person to apply and she said that they don't accept it and that it's only soley online! Like?.. I don't understand?. Im just trying to get things done! You can't get anything done at that place without her telling you things to get out of the way! Total waste of time! I bet you if it's somebody else, they would be more helpful and considerate than her herself. Dont waste your time, you guys are better off going somewhere else! I would give out 0 stars if I could.

The security personnel do not belong to the DMV staff. When we ask them, we are giving them credentials that do not belong to them, which is why they get upset. I went 4 years without my ID because of an intelligent response that a security there told me. Later I understood that he only said no because that's what they tell everyone without skimping.

Worst DMV ever, go elsewhere. They have an attitude and they will fail you. Take your driver's test somewhere else.

I loved this DMV experience!! They have it right. The efficiency of this place is superb. The line was around the corner and I was through it in minutes. I quickly moved from line to application to having business complete. I am thoroughly impressed and am taking notes on how to run a business. They seem to truly understand the needs of people to get in and out. It is multiple floors and well staffed to handle the large demand that comes through their doors. The rep was amazing down to earth, understood my situation as went above and beyond. It felt good to be treated like a fellow human being and not another burdensome task to get through. I will drive out of my way to come to this DMV. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Check it out for yourself

Today was Friday and probably the busiest day at the busiest DMV in LA. While the adventure of registering a vehicle can be an unpleasant experience due to volume, wait times, parking issues, today was a great experience. Shout out to Keausha at Window Number 4 for being such a pleasant shining star for my experience. Kiki was awesome and deserves a raise!
