I purchased a hand held vaccum cleaner from them. It was DOA out if the box. I paid $64 for it. To get reimbursed I was required to send it back which was no problem except for one small detail. I had to pay $26 to send it back.Run away as fast as you can from this retailer. They have bad ethics when it comes to business... read full comment

They lied about not getting the returned item. The item was returned certified mail with their signature, Do Not Trust these sub humans.

Went to return my item because it didn't work. I had to pay $25 in Shipping to return it and then wait another 2 weeks before refund and then there is a 15% restocking fee. This is a bulls**t company don't buy from them.
