The Staff is very professional. I went and got a wheel alignment on 4/11/24 the whole process took about under 30 minutes and I was out of there I'll definitely be going back next year.

Yesterday my son took my Subaru Forester to Big Brand Tire & Service for tire repair (nail in the tire). The technician repaired it for FREE! And, my son told me that the service was friendly and efficient. This kind of public service is rare and I commend Big Brand.I plan take my car here for oil changes and for eventual brake service.

Good prices, great service, multiple options. replaced 4 tires. Very pleased with the care and quality of work. I am a repeat customer and will continue to support Big Brand Tire & Service. Plus they offer no charge tire rotation every 4k, free puncture tire repair, and free air on tires purchased.

Went to Just Tires, customer service was awful and rude, said $65 for plug, then we can't fix new tire needed, I said pass... Went to Big Brand on Highland and these guys, polite, said we will look at and if we can we patch not plug. They did it in 30 mins and charged me, wait for it.... free. I was at a loss for words, so bringing the crew donuts tomorrow as a small thank you. There are places out there like this still and if you find one, tell everyone!
