There's an older lady working there that is unbelievably rude. The only way she has a job in customer service is that she's the owner or a relative. Never going back.

I have NEVER encountered a ruder salesperson in my life. I believe it was the woman who runs the place. Bad, bad energy from her. I've been shopping there since it was on La Brea and I will never go back. If you want to be treated like crap, then this is the place for you.
