**BEWARE NOT A REAL DHL SERVICE POINT!” ** DHL says this is not an authorized location. You can call your confirm as well.
Customer service was rude immediately upon arrival and was misleading about DHL offering cold chain. I made it clear I needed the box to be kept cold and he called customer service and they said they could do it but it turns out that they can’t. Also do not let you use your DHL account number which allows you to access discounts so I had to pay almost $500 for the shipment. Very deceptive and shady company

Mr. Sung is the best! Very kind and thorough. Gave me discount and was very patient with me while I took my time to gather all the shipping info. The plus point: place was easy to find and lots of free parking spaces in their private lot .
