I got a referral to Corey at Design Bath & Hardware from a friend and he took care of all my bathroom and kitchen fixtures, cabinet hardware, door knobs and locks for my whole house remodel in the Southbay. Corey worked with my designer to come up with the style and finishes to complement my project. He also worked with my contractor to make sure the fixtures were available and delivered according to the project schedule. Design Bath & Hardware had all the high quality brands my designer called for and also introduced us to new products and lines that we incorporated into the project. Corey has a vast knowledge and expertise in the products he sells and directed us to the items that would best suit our needs. He also communicated very well responding to phone calls and emails updating us on product availability, delivery, etc. Design Bath & Hardware is all about customer service and getting the high end products you want at a fair price.

Wonderful family business located in the Pacific Design Center. I enjoyed stopping by the studio, where I picked out a new toilet and they delivered it for free a few days later. Highly recommend!

I got the name of this place from the Toto website. Called on a Monday morning. Spoke to Jon. They had the exact model I wanted. I couldn't download the coupon from the Toto website, but they still gave me the discount. Their price was lower than Lowes. As I said, I called on Monday morning. We then exchanged a few emails and my toilet arrived on Wednesday morning. No problems.

They must be really busy because they don't return phone calls or inquiries sent via their online system. Probably better to start somewhere else.

OMG The BEST Customer Service EVER!. Family owned and run. Very knowledgable about everything in the showroom. They even overnighted an item that was needed to complete our plumbing project. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for professionalism!

Just a terrible experience. Their fraudulent staff hacked and stole money from us and the customer service in handling this was dreadful. Stay away, not only did items not even show up but they charged twice! Please save yourself the headache and shop at a more professional and secure establishment.

They have everything you need and are incredibly helpful. They even walked our grill home with us three blocks on their handtruck. I haven't had a neighborhood hardware store like this since I was a kid.

The asian guy Ron think his name was who works by the nails machinery area, worked his a** of to try and remove a screw for me the other day. he was SUPER DUPER Helpful. although they didn't sell the part I needed he suggested I check out this store in Los Angeles who did have my part. I will definitely be coming here even though lowes is closer to my house, this place deserves the business. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and very hard working people. Give this guy a raise!!!
