They're good with large size shoes but some are poor in quality plus not great on the right size which is defected as a example I saw a size 10 shoes that was cut too small which seem like a size 8 with heel hanging over. Originally I wear a 9 to 9 1/2 but I don't like to wear the exact fit so I'll wear a 10 for comfort. Low and behold I picked up a size 11 and it was like wearing a size 8 with my heel hanging over so I threw it back on the shelf. I prefer Marshall Ross dress 4 less or Nordstrom rack for decent shoes or TJMax This store is a joke on getting quality shoes or clothes. Shopping at DD'd discount is like shopping in the alley of downtown Los Angeles which is poor cheap items.. I rather just pick up simple household items which are somewhat okay. Stick with Ross and other fine discount stores

If I can Give Zero Stars I Would -.- This Man Named Mario Super Rude has a attitude for no reason came to return some clothes for my Husband Didn’t have my receipt he gave me a ugly look because I didn’t have it I gave him My Id Got the Refund I Shopped But to My Luck he was Charging me -.- I paid Got My receipt he didn’t see How much was the change snatched it back with attitude he didn’t have change walked back twice to Another register because some how he still didn’t get the right amount the first time !! Plus He gave me my Change and tried not giving me my receipt! Like really If He’s a Manager he’s a Bad Example for your employees he’s not friendly or has good customer Service at all!

The store 5273 is 30 minutes away from where I live and I decided to make a trip back because I think they have better merchandise and the store is organized. I originally visited the store to make a return. The item was a perfume, the box was not open nor was the perfume used. Unfortunately, I was not able to return the perfume because the cashier told me they do not take perfumes back nor cannot give me store credit. I was extremely shocked because the day I bought this perfume the cashier never informed me that this perfume would be final sale. I had the receipt so that was not an excuse to not take back the perfume. The cashier could not explain why she cannot not take back the perfume. The cashier double checked with another cashier and that cashier said the same thing. I finished my transaction and decided to call FIVE other stores and all FIVE stores said they can accept the perfume with receipt. The situation was appalling. All employees should follow the Return Policy and the General Manager, Daisy, should have better training for the cashiers to avoid any future inconveniences.
