In a short time after being onboarded I have already become appreciative of DCG’s expertise and availability—which is already paying off when we needed it most.Overall, I am very impressed with the prompt service, quick problem solving, and ease of dealing with each team member thus far. Furthermore, it is very settling to have a dedicated team along side us to navigate our IT security and setup concerns.

DCG has truly impressed me with their customer service and IT support. They are 'doer's' and not talkers. They answer our calls consistently and they are always familiar with any new / emerging technologies that are on the horizon. Highly recommend them and thank you DCG for being partners verses just another 'sales / vendor' entity.

I’ve known the team at DCG since 2008. They provide great IT service and are extremely responsive. I really like that when I call for IT support, they actually answer the phone and that is pretty unusual here in Los Angeles. I’m a CPA and I really care about security and business continuity and can highly recommend the team at DCG to manage your network, backup, and security issues.

While I have always enjoyed the support from DCG over the past several years, I had a glitch last Friday that brought down my PC and I was quite frazzled. I called in and received immediate support from Danny who provided exemplary assistance. He was quick, spot on and demonstrated outstanding recognition of the problem and solution.
