I got assaulted by the security girl he physically shoved me out the door and then pepper sprayed at me and used inappropriate language . All because i paid for 2 items but he wanted to search me as i was leaving the store so he made a scene and im trying to leave so i went to go around him and thats when he shoved me into the door but if he wouldve done his job and not sit by the door playing on his phone he wouldve seen that i was a shopper just like everyone else . But this is the way i am treated in LA cause im white and all the security guards that harass me are hispanic . I dont see anyone of them treating other hispanics like that. They show hatred and aggression towards Homeless, White and Blacks. I have to go around with pepper spray on me i have to throw away my clothes and i cant go home cause this will def affect me kitten . What if i was allergic to pepper spray . He used excessive force for no reason . Im def making a complaint against him and law suite .

Today I faced a very unpleasant situation. I have already taken items from this store, and the cashier has never told me that the product is non-refundable. Yesterday I bought two chairs, they are very good quality, but they turned out to be too small, today I came to return them, and they told me that I couldn't do it because it says so on the receipt. Deeply respected Daiso store administration, please explain how I could find out this information before buying if no one told me about it? The information is only in the receipt, there were no other signs, the cashiers did not talk about it. I will only find out about your non-refund policy when I receive the receipt, and after receiving the receipt, I will not be able to return the item.

The Daiso itself is fine: lots of stationary, large selection, great prices. But the 3 stars is for this particular Daiso in this particular shopping center. The day we went there, August 8th 2023, we walked past the Ralph's and went upstairs to the Daiso. Then we heard gunshots. One of the security guards, who I guess are allowed to have guns, shot and killed a woman on the path we walked minutes before. That sort of execution without trial is terrifying. I'm not about to risk my life for good deals, so I won't be returning to this location.

Asian trinket store with some interesting things that no one really needs but fun to look at every so often. Pricing is very confusing as most items are not priced and require that you look for a symbol on each item and then compare it to prices posted on wall charts. Clearly not worth the effort given the quality of the items. Parking sucks, don't even attempt to park in the ground level spaces, go directly to underground parking. UPDATE Bring your own bag, otherwise they charge you 20 cents for one of theirs. Huh?
