We've been taking our dog, Paulie Walnuts (M, 10 mos.), to D Pet Hotels for a few months and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience for our pup. He always looks forward to heading in to play with the other dogs there and is normally tired out by the end of the day. The staff at Highland is so welcoming and friendly. We had to move Paulie from another daycare as he is still intact and D Pet Hotels was the perfect solution. Would recommend.

I've been bringing my dog Nugget here for the last 4 years, and I can't recommend them enough. Nugget is an anxious pup and boarding experiences before we found D Pet Hotels were always hit or miss. The staff works to get to know the dogs to meet their needs and are very aware of behavioral queues. Now that I have another pup in my pack, I am glad that they can board together and the staff is mindful of how I am monitoring their play while they are still getting to know each other. It's been so refreshing to watch Nugget warm up to the team.

D Pets Hollywood is without a doubt the one and only place we trust with our two older pups. From daycare to boarding, the staff here have blown us away with their attention to our girls and their kindness, patience, and understanding of our dog’s needs while they’re here. We know that they will receive the same level of attention & care here that they do at home which is why we continue to bring our girls here when we need reliable and loving care while we’re away.Another thing we really appreciate is the communication with staff has always been so strong and the daily Facebook posts are a huge bonus. I can’t say enough amazing things about D Pets and every single staff member there who have consistently shown us how much they love what they do - and our girls!!Being a pet parent, there is a level of anxiety that comes with leaving your pet in someone else’s hands. We recently left our girls here for a longer period of time while we were away. While we hated to leave them for that long, we knew they were going to have someone with them 24/7, getting the highest level of care and attention - plus having the chance to be social with other dogs. Total peace of mind. One of our dogs has some diet & health issues that require special food, medicine, and now diapers because of her old age. Each and every time we drop our girls off, they always ask about their routines which is such a relief because as a pet parent, I know she’s getting everything she needs (and more!)D Pets exceeds every expectation when it comes to boarding & daycare - they’ve truly become a home away from home for our girls over the last 1.5+ years and we will be part of their family for life!I can’t say thank you enough to every single staff member for constantly making our girls and us feel excited to come back. :)

For us, our fur baby is family. We hate having to leave her so when we do, you can absolutely sure it is only with someone we trust. That’s where D-Pet Hotels in Hollywood comes in!Josh and his staff love dogs as much as we do. The facilities are top notch, the staff is super caring and responsible, and everything is clean and safe. They also have a terrific dog groomer on staff. We know our baby is in professional and caring hands at D Pet Hotels.Josh and team are very communicative, and are always happy to send pictures and take our calls for pupdates. We leave a diffuser for our dog in her room at D Pet but honestly, we need a diffuser more than she does. Especially when she’s in the good hands of D Pet Hotels!

Couldn't imagine leaving our dog in anyone else's hands, either for boarding or grooming the team at D Pet hotels always takes the extra step and care.

Knowledgeable staff. Dogs are well balanced when you enter. One of the top facilities I’ve been too.

Our dog Agnes goes here since we foster-failed over a year ago. She goes to puppy daycare and we board her when we are traveling. Everybody who works there is lovely & experienced. Agnes loves to go and we can rest assured that she is taken care of and loved while we are away. Highly recommend. They are also breed-inclusive, plus post pics on Facebook and are all around awesome!

We’ve boarded our dog here more times than we can count and we always feel good about leaving her with the staff here. They’re so nice and always greet her with enthusiasm, which takes away all of her anxiety! They also can groom, which has been great since it saves us a trip to the groomers!

great place to take your pup if you're going somewhere that isn't pet friendly (in our case, universal studios). staff was welcoming and even sent some photos from playtime. thanks again!

The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because of the man who works here, Kenny, who got tight with my dog, Ralph, to make sure he was as comfortable as he could be. He tends to be a bit nervous/scared with new people and dogs but is NEVER aggressive. I thought this was a great place to bring my dog for boarding, but upon bringing him home, we noticed he was limping. We laid him down, moved his leg around, and found that his leg itself wasn't hurting. I realized we had scheduled a nail clipping while he was there so I immediately checked the limping paw to see if they had cut it just a bit too short. Not only did they cut it too short, but I was furious to find some fairly deep scratches on his paw, causing him to limp. When I get the name and number of whoever did this...? I'll just leave it at that.
