I truly appreciate the CVS store staff and the friendly atmosphere they create—it's always a pleasure to shop there. However, I've had some difficulties with the pharmacy, particularly with the head pharmacist, whose approach I found to be quite disrespectful. This negative experience led me to transfer my prescriptions to Rite Aid. I believe CVS could benefit from addressing these concerns to improve customer satisfaction.

The caring pharmacy team at this CVS went above and beyond to help me when RiteAid failed to order my husband’s time sensitive prescription. WONDERFUL staff!

The store was not stocked and they were out of many products I was looking for. Also, there were no prices on many shelves.

I was doing my normal shopping to get my $10 reward. The system was having issues and asked the cashier "Edgar" to call a supervisor. Instead of calling the supervisor, instead he criticizes me for being a formal employee. He says you should know this since you use to work at CVS. I showed him a picture of the yellow tag promotion but kept insisting the system would not accept it
Edgar didn't want to bother Helping me and my mother out and she was very upset so I requested a refund. I was able to overhear on my way out the door him gossiping to another colleague about me working at another cvs location and makes me believe he said I was "dumb" or "stupid "

They are great at getting your medication on time but they let this homeless guy go and stand outside the store and ask everyone for money. It’s not a great experience because of that. Everything else is normal just like any other cvs. I just don’t like being asked about money every time. It’s not comfy.

Walked through the threshold and walked right back out. This location is in horrible condition. Old carpet, old fixtures, broken signs, stained ceiling tiles. Tons of items behind locked cases. I got back in my car and drove to another drug store.

Love this CVS store. All the employees are so helpful and nice. I especially appreciated Theja helping me find the vitamins I wanted. They have so many brands and types that I couldn't find what I needed. She went right to what I needed and offered to help me get more from the new stock that wasn't on the shelves if they had it. I so appreciate her helpful, positive nature every time I'm there.

The prices r absurd. They probably expect us to pay for all the theft they let happen. Instead of having a proper armed security guard. They hired a bunch of tiny ladies walking the isles & offering to help. So, that’s why a pack of gum now is 6$!!!
It’s CVS why would I need someone to help me locate crackers. It’s absurd.

Had to wait an hour and a half while the pharmacist tried to work out insurance details and get my prescription ready (my doctor called in the prescription days ago, and my insurance was on file). Literally the most incompetent, confused staff I've ever seen. Not to mention all the crazy and homeless people wandering around. This place is not safe, not efficient, and it's employees, including the pharmacy staff, are better suited for burger king or something of that nature. Store is dirty, stuff knocked over everywhere, crumbs/garbage on the floor.Avoid at all costs.

This CVS is not customer-friendly at all. My husband needed to use a restroom and the staff rudely refused to allow him. Not for nothing, but Walgreen's always lets customers use the restroom. Is that really too much to ask?

There are more security guards than employees in the store. The surveillance unit outside was smashed. Homeless everywhere. Prices very high

Absolute rudest pharmacy staff. They absolute DO NOT CARE about your health or business. I had a medicine I desperately needed so I rushed after work to make it before they closed. I got in line and they yelled at me in the most disrespectful way they wouldn’t help me because the line was too long.
And another time I told the pharmacy employee ringing me up repeatedly that the price was wrong and it was $90 more than it should be. But clearly he didn’t understand me (or possibly english) and charged the card I use on my account (which I also made clear I had another card I wished to pay with) and sent me away.
