Absolute WORST pharmacy!!! They’re completely unorganized and it’s a disaster with massive lines, medications missing or unfilled and no communication with the patient. Avoid this pharmacy if you need medication filled in a timely manner!

This is a review for the 24-hour CVS at the Beverly Connection Mall, corner of Beverly Blvd and La Cienega (next to WeHo)...primarily for the Pharmacy inside the store, which is the reason most people visit the store or get to know the store...unless they're tourists from out of town...because the store is expensive and there are better stores in this great mall...Target (with a Starbucks and a grocery section) is on the 2nd floor of this building, for example and this mall has Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, a multi-story Sacks OFF Fifth Outlet Store, and, soon, a J Crew Factory store. What's great is that this CVS is open late at night and early in the morning when the others may not be; it also has its own outside parking lot. Also, the longtime CVS store employees (non-pharmacy) have worked there for many years and are nice and friendly.I go to the pharmacy on Friday (yesterday) at 6 pm...long line (I did not want to stand there waiting to catch Covid or Flu from sick people stopping by while they're sick or their kids are sick during Winter Rain Weather to pick up meds while not wearing masks), understaffed, pharmacy closes at 8 pm (on a Friday, which is ridiculous in a young busy area) even though this is a 24 hour CVS. I come back the next day Saturday (today). I've been up since early this morning, but the pharmacy only opens at 10 AM. Also ridiculous. It closes at 6 PM...also ridiculous. Keep in mind the pharmacy is inside a large 24-hour CVS which has security and the mall has security too. So, when I come in (after 10 AM), the prescription that the Dr phoned in YESTERDAY is STILL NOT ready. They make it for me while I walk around the store, surrounded by homeless people. The guy behind the counter today was nice and helpful, USC Pharmacy school, probably getting experience to ultimately work somewhere better than CVS. Anyway, to summarize, this pharmacy has ridiculous hours, it needs to open earlier and close later, it needs to be properly staffed, at least to avoid long lines during Winter Covid/Flu season (and masks are not required) and having customers come in, only to find out their meds are not ready for pickup. It's kind of a joke. We have other options, including plenty of mom-and-pop pharmacies that are better run.

If you ask the staff anything, they don't know anything. Really... I don't know anything. There are a lot of homeless people around and it seems to be a dangerous area. Be careful even when entering the store. The store is very spacious and has a parking lot, so it's easily accessible... but the staff are so unfriendly that I don't like it.

Three employees behind the counter. Only one cashier. Every single time. Expect a line.

The people who work there are super nice and amazing. I have nothing but positive experience interacting with the employees because they're really friendly and deep down amazing people.I think the problem is management. You can tell as soon as you walk in, it's a dark/lifeless environment, and I think part of the problem is it's a little understaffed for the size of the store. You can tell everyone is friendly and has a good attitude, but worn down from time to time... ????Overall, one can tell that the current staff really does their best to cater to everyones need, and I personally have had nothing but positive experience. The store is understaffed, and I think management is just not getting the staff what they need to excel.

I feel sorry for the associates working here. Its not a safe store during night hours. They are making billion of dollars but only two people without any protection works here at 10 PM. Even deodorants are locked!

My experience at CVS is always excellent. The reasons are the friendly and professional attendants and the immense number of really good products.

Ms. Zhamkochyyan was very helpful and knowledgeable upon my visit to the store. She was very professional, and worked diligently while I was at the location.

Hopeless, no staff to assist, spent 20 minutes pressing the call button and no one came to help. Go to a Walgreens instead, CVS is rubbish.

TERRIBLE!!! We were a paying customer with an infant. We asked if we can use the washroom because our infant needed to be changed and they wouldn’t let us. I am positive that bylaws require establishments such as CVS to have a public washroom.

The store manager is lovely! The pharmacist not so much. Suzanne “Suzie” Kocha is like a one-armed paper hanger. She did not report my COVID vaccine, told me it was “automatic,” (it clearly is not!), which resulted in significant time and energy on my part. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
