Just a warning to everyone who’s trying to go to cvs for any reason. AVOID THIS LOCATION. i went to go get my passport photo done since my work is across the street and this is the closest one to where i work. So first of all i walk in and there is not one employee to be found. none at the registers none walking around. i look for an employee to ask about the photos for about 15 mins at least. finally i had to press one of those customer service buttons in the aisles just for an employee to even notice me. It wasn’t just me who couldn’t find employees, there was several customers who needed assistance and no one to help anyone. in my opinion this was very unprofessional and i won’t be returning to this cvs. i didn’t even get my passport photo done because the lady said there wasn’t anyone to do them today. (not surprised when you don’t have any staff) anyways i’m just very dissatisfied with the customer service (or lack thereof) at this location.

2nd bad review. The general manager keeps deleting my reviews about discriminating against the homeless. But also. I just had to wait 2 hours for the pharmacy and they had sent me a text that my Prescription was ready this morning. I get there and they say “oh sorry the prescription isn’t ready it will be ready in one hour”. This is possibly disenfranchisement after I posted a bad review . Or it’s trash service

I’m a customer and asked to use the restroom and was told “no public restrooms” and sent away while I wait for your stupid pharmacy to get off their lunch break because u criminally understaff. Was told to walk next door. IT IS A ZONING VIOLATION FEDERALLY TO HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. THIS IS A DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE AGAINST PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM HOMELESSNESS. INSTEAD WE GET TO CLEAN HUMAN EXCREMEMNT FILLED WITH DISEASES OFF THE STREET WITH OUR SHOES AND U WONDER WHY LA NEEDS HELP. Get ur stuff together LA Business owners. I will be notifying Karen Bass of this discriminatory practice

This location in Beverly Hills was wonderful. The attendance was spot on. Was able to get in and out without any hassle being late. Thank you to this CVS for great customer service

It's definitely seen better days. I remember coming here in the '90s quite often, because it's conveniently right across from The Beverly center. My mom used to like coming here. I'd be in the Beverly Center, but she'd be over here for hours, it seemed. Seemed a lot cleaner back then, too. I mean, it's not a bad CVS, but it's not great either. The employees act like they have better things to do with their time. The place just feels, I don't know, "off". Some of the customers are real jerks. It's a CVS, honey, not Beverly Hi-- Oh, wait, yes, it is. Is it the worst CVS in LA? Absolutely not. Is it the best? Absolutely not. It's just...okay. Ish. ?

Connie Curbelo is AMAZING! Whenever I go to this location, she is friendly, smiling helpful and always goes above and beyond to help with any issues or questions I may have. I love going to this store because of her!!

I love going to this CVS. The people at the cash registers like Ginette, Connie, Tom and Andrew are all great!! They are friendly, welcoming and helpful! it’s my fav CVS.

Absolute WORST pharmacy!!! They’re completely unorganized and it’s a disaster with massive lines, medications missing or unfilled and no communication with the patient. Avoid this pharmacy if you need medication filled in a timely manner!
