pharmacy customer service was horrible, I got hung up on and the pharmacist was extremely unhelpful in providing backup options for picking up the medication I need that they had out of stock.

Nice store! I love the environment and the service is really good! It was clean and organized. Highly recommend and definitely want to go there again! The price is acceptable and I didn't wait long at all until I was served. I had no difficulty to find what I wanted and workers were very helpful!

I have picked up prescriptions from here several times; probably around 10 times. Everything has gone smoothly and been correct 1 of those times. The majority of the time at least one of the prescriptions that I am trying to fill isn't ready, and I have to hang out in Target for 20 minutes while they fill it. Then one time, I had to go in on three separate occasions to fill one prescription because I got incorrect information on a pre-first trip phone call and then incorrect information in person on the first trip.They have also claimed that they called me on more than one occasion to inform me that something was running late or similar, but I have never received a call from their phone number.2 stars since all of the health care industrial complex is truly awful, and while they are incompetent, I never got the feeling that they were trying to screw me over.

Was kinda hesitant to leave a review for this place because the last thing I want is another insanely high traffic CVS in LA… But good service and good employees should be praised. This CVS is by far the most helpful location I’ve been to in Los Angeles. The pharmacist is super accessible and the pharmacy technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. The difference between this location and others I’ve been to is wildly apparent after getting my Rx’s for the past few months. That being said, it’s in a pretty busy target so it’s probably not as convenient as some of the other stand-alone locations.

Even with probably thousands of customers that get prescriptions here, the pharmacist knows me and my family. We don't even get a ton of meds or anything, but I get the sense she genuinely cares about our family and how our prescriptions are working for us. It's like some sort of small town pharmacy, in a way. Truly amazing service and care. Also, the attention to detail, concern for cost, drug interactions, and side effects have been consistent and professional with us and what I've seen for other patients. I feel like I get better care from a retail pharmacy in Target than I get from most medical doctors I've seen.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this CVS pharmacy is really sub-par. Time after time they mess up my RX... or can't get straight answers from the doctor, though this Dr. seems to have no issues with my new pharmacy. They have incorrect records, reflecting I picked up a medication when I did not. This lack of professionalism is going to cost them eventually. They will mess up someone's meds again, but it might be fatal next time. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS pharmacy is my favorite. I hate needles and I've always avoided vaccines for this reason. I started getting my vaccines from Tiffany and they are always quick and painless. I just received my flu vaccine and as usual it was quick, easy, and pain free.

I spoke with Tiffany, the manager of this CVS pharmacy inside Target, who told me they would price-match a prescription I have at Costco. When I came back two days later I was told they could not honor that and charges me 3x the Costco price. Unbelievable. The entire staff was clowning around taking selfies and cracking jokes while a line of customers waited for assistance. I highly recommend taking your prescription business elsewhere.

No customers but the pharmacist on duty didnt realize I was waiting there for about 5 minutes and when I finally got here attention to help me I saw the pharm tech pop his head up and I could hear him playing a shooter game on his phone. Geez at least pay attention to see if there's customers even if it's slow

I refilled my prescription today, 10/26/2017 with Alendronate 70 mg tab for 12 tabs. The price previously on 7/14/2017 was $16.85, now skyrocketed to whopping $74.22, what happened here? The Pharmacy clerk couldn't give me a good reason. She rechecked 2X, the same and again, still up to $24.00 which is 45% increase for their big profit margin! Please stop gouging prices and jip your customers!!! Can anybody give me a reasonable answer here? I'll start looking for another Pharmacy to fill my prescription next time. You are for profit and not for your customers! Don't fill your prescription there anymore, they reap you off dead! 😩😳😡
