Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. Been trying to get my medication for a week now and they keep misleading me and giving me false information regarding my prescription. When they finally prepared my medication for pick up and I came right away to get it only to find out that I have to pay thousands $ for it because my insurance didn’t approve. And of course this wasn’t true again because I called my insurance and they said they approved it. Looks like a scam to me.

Alex was extremely friendly with us! We appreciate his customer service & all the help. The rest of the staff were very helpful too! I definitely appreciate it & want to come back to this CVS.It was safe to come & I was able to find parking in their parking lot. I love great customer service & amazing attitudes!!

Its 7:55 am and it looks like the store hours are not open. Don’t know what’s going on but it looks like operations are not all together.I spoke with associate and she said the door was broken. Maybe you guys can do a better job of supporting you EEs they can’t manage if the store isn’t 100%. This happened today.

I waited about twenty minutes in an aisle for the worker to never show up. We pressed the call button multiple times and even searching the worker and personally asking him. Still he never came to help and said someone else will go. Unbelievable.

No thrills CVS but the parking options here are far better than the lot off Fairfax and 3rd. I come here weekly and it's a lot calmer.

Thank you Cameron for helping my family out at the register. We were having trouble with our coupons and he made sure all the correct ones went through. We also noticed him helping other people when we walked in. Great customer support.

I was trying to use a coupon that has consistently worked for me and was told I needed to contact so many different people to figure out the issue for them...They ran me in circles with my doctor, insurance AND prescription provider over a prescription that I've picked up regularly without trouble for about 7 years back home. It took me finally sitting down and not leaving until I got a real answer for them to FINALLY tell me that CVS doesn't accept my coupon anymore. I'm so frustrated that my time was wasted for over a month when they could have looked into that on initial inquiry. I transferred my prescription immediately and had it filled WITH my coupon coverage, no trouble, within about 5 hours at another pharmacy. Would NOT recommend wasting your time here.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. They are so disorganized, never have the correct refills, and are impossible to get a hold of. I've switched to Walgreens.

I just received the worst customer service at this location from a lady at the cash register and the manager before 6pm on May 11th. I wanted to exchange a defective item which CVS doesn't allow. This is not their fault but the way they both talked to me was so disrespectful and the manage even said "Don't come here if you don't like it", not in those exact words but that's what he meant. Most of the time, their empathy and respectful words can go a long way especially the customers can't get exactly why they want because of the company policies. CVS offers good price and deals but people like them make me think twice about going back. I won't go back to this location for sure. It was terrible.

OMG! Have been waiting for ever! One person in front of me. After waiting and waiting , i asked the second person who was at the pharmacy to help me but he had "other duties". sure i get that but isn't common sense to hep someone who has been waiting an unreasonable amount of time? My pick up order took only 2 mn.cvs pharmacy service stinks! going to shop for a local family pharmacy in my neighborhood. Good bye CVS
